Service was super nice and sweet. Wasn't enough light outside around area of drive through. Honestly our food was so bad. Fries were brown, tasted nasty along with the chicken nuggets. They looked pretty just tasted bad. By burger was bad so I was unable to eat except I did eat the bacon. Was really disappointed in this location. Drive through window was so nasty as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I wouldn't be a happy owner if this was my establishment. Customer service was A+ though ✨️?

Showed up at 9pm and was told "mobile orders only"... that's it. Purchase wouldn't go through on mobile order. Felt like they were making people jump through hoops to not have to work.

Always something wrong here u wait a long time then they say cash only or they only are taking mobil app orders right now. Corporate really needs to look into this I know they loose a lot of business. I called today to get corporate number young lady answered the phone saying wassup I said is this Wendy's she said not if you calling to play on the phone. Terrible customer service!!

I went to this Wendy's this weekend and Desiree was working the drive-thru window.. after I ordered my food I was immediately shocked about how sweet and pleasant she was... When I pulled around to pay she was quite the same extremely sweet and pleasant to deal with... I was so shocked to actually have a good experience at a drive-thru window for the first time in don't even know how long that I had to ask her her name and tell her I was going to leave her a review.. you just don't ever have decent experiences in drive throughs anymore..u especially don't have pleasant ones that leave u smiling and thinking wow what a sweet girl... Keep smiling Desiree it makes a difference..

Order was incorrect. When what you ordered was much more expensive than what you got, it's pretty much stealing. Check your order because they will rip you off. I'm not going back.

Out of chili..and other items.Did have peppermint frosty, but softer than shake, not much flavor.Little dirty for hospital area.Clothes below waist.
