I waited at the drive thru speaker for a while before my order was taken. Once I pulled around to the window there was one car in front of me but I still waited one I got to the window. All I order was a large chilli and a single with cheese.

I don't know who the cashier was tonight on 10/15/2025 around 10 :30 pm but it's NOT MY FAULT Y'ALL SHORT STAFFED AND YOU HATE YOUR JOB so next time she needs to watch her mouth and be courteous to the customers because if nobody comes to this establishment then your rude unprofessional self won't have a job! The absolute WORST service I have received from any fast food restaurant. Your job isn't rocket science so stop making it harder than it has to be fr.

I just left from this restaurant in the drive-through I asked for a pecan salad no pecans asked for hot fries. The manager with the braids at the window. She did give me hot fries. I thank you for that but my son has no barbecue sauce in his bag for his nuggets, very disappointed I do not stay in the area. Got all the way home. Food is incorrect. Very disappointed appointment a rushing manger is not good chicken cold on the salad 🤦🏾‍♀️ no receipt was given with my card by the manager sad to say, but I try to avoid the Wendy’s on Winchester for these reasons
