I just left from this restaurant in the drive-through I asked for a pecan salad no pecans asked for hot fries. The manager with the braids at the window. She did give me hot fries. I thank you for that but my son has no barbecue sauce in his bag for his nuggets, very disappointed I do not stay in the area. Got all the way home. Food is incorrect. Very disappointed appointment a rushing manger is not good chicken cold on the salad 🤦🏾♀️ no receipt was given with my card by the manager sad to say, but I try to avoid the Wendy’s on Winchester for these reasons

I walked into the store and was not greeted until the person I believe was the manager did her change draw the she greeted me.
My junior burger was warm not hot. The fries and nuggets were the only good things I ordered.

The cashier who waited on me was very friendly. The other employees seems to be happy at work which was good. The restaurant was clean, parking lot also. The only down side was that the chicken nuggets were warm, the fries also and the food just didn't taste good especially the chicken nuggets tasted to process which I should have expected for the price I paid. But overall all I would give my visit three star's out of five.
Parking: Restaurant has it on parking lot. Also it has a shopping center in it. Plenty of parking available.

They didn't have any type of sodas or drinks they didn't have cup holders spent 20 minutes in line cause everything i ordered had to be modified cause apparently they were out on alot of stuff

This has to be the worst Wendy's ever. For this to be fast food it takes forever to even order. Like this location seems to only hire slow incompetent people, the job isn't that hard. Please hire people that can proceed wit caution. If I wanted to wait as long as we do I'd go to Waffle House.
Came to Wendy’s for breakfast! #1 they made me late for work after being in line for 35 minutes. #2 drinks are outta order and watered down. #3 the lady told me she put ketchup in my bag I check my bag go inside just to be told they are out of ketchup so how did you put something you don’t have in my bag??? Not to mention I ordered coffee no sugar after I requested it twice in my bag. Customer service is just not at this location. At night is worse the women are unprofessionally groomed with smart mouth. All I’m saying is good customer service and notifying your customers in advance prevents frustration and bad reviews!

Came today lobby doors were open, but upon entering I was told " sorry our front counter is closed." Was it closed or did nobody want to take my order??? I'd bet on the latter. Horrible service.
