The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. One girl was screaming on her phone cussing and someone and the lady's in the drive thru and unfriendly the staff was outside by the drive thru smoking... And talking about people going into the building... I will go out of my way to avoid this branch!!!!!

Wendy's on 4605 Popular ave. Stop by for breakfast. Decided to go in to my surprise there was only three workers. A casher working dive thru A cook A cleaner. No one to take my order at the counter. So I either had to go back out jump in the drive thru. Or hand my funds over to the person working the window by way of the cleaning person. No one wants to work for low wages.

I'm literally disappointed every time I go here. At this point, it's shame on me for trying again. They are always out of something and the food always looks old. If you're looking for a Wendy's, just keep driving to the next one.

I stopped there for lunch today and the food was horrible. The fries tasted like something was wrong with the oil it was cooked in. Had a rancid taste, so I couldn't eat them. The drive through attendant was nice. Looking through the drive through window, the restaurant looks dirty behind the counter. I won't be back.

Rude Rude Rude I ordered new frosty they gave me what flavors they wanted to give me went back in so called manager was leaning across the counter I demanded a refund or something to accommodate my service cause this day and time u can't take the food back they might do something to it he was just nasty when I walked in automatically went in to nasty mode talking about some yes yes I need better service for my money I'm so sick of these places we pay we want the proper service ok I'm done ranting but fr give me what I pay for I can't help where u work at

We just went on a lunch break from work wanted Wendy's cause it's been great since the older mature black lady was working the drive thru she hasn't been there for some months I'm guessing but we ordered 4 cheese burgers and a small fry it came out to 20.70 .there is no way that's honest so I'm guessing the second job second SIDE HUSTLE FONE COME FROM OVER CHARGING PEOPLE TO HAVE AN OVER FILLED DRAWER OF MONEY TO GO SHOPPING WITH THE WENDYS MENU AND PRICES ONLINE AT SINCE THE OLDER LADY HAS BEEN GONE ITS JUST THE POPEYES CHICKEN DOWN THE STREET FROM IT I DONT GO THERE I JUST LET PEOPLE KNOW WHERE NOT TO GO ANYMORE . THURSDAY JUNE 5 2025 WENDYS PRICES AT THE DRIVE THRU . SUCK SOMETHING AINT RIGHT . WILL NEVER RETURN . I SEE IT SAYS ADD PHOTOS PLACES RAN LIKE RHIS U KNOW YOULL NEVER GET OFFERED A RECEIPT EITHER JUST YOUR CHANGE . If I could give zero stars I would . Food was piss poor. This location needs to be closed . Fries , burger all looked as if they were microwaved . Fountain drink or coke if what you want to call it tasted not like a coke . Fast food is of course is suppose to be fast but not served with lukewarm fries, lukewarm burger and nuggets . We customers keep these locations open . Don’t waste your time . Just pay a little more and go else where . This location is trash .
