Worst service I have ever gotten and on top of that I was asked if I liked ketchup and I said no and the guy laughed and I know why now my whole Burger was covered with It Outside Inside everything the whole inside of the wrapper was nothing but catch up I couldn't even eat the burger this happened on Tuesday March 5th 2024 at 9:15 at night so whoever needs to see this hopefully you know who it was they deserve to be fired

Waited over 10 minutes at the drive through speaker to order and no response. Drove up to the window and he told me I'd have to drive back around and get back inline behind several others. I said no thanks I'll go somewhere else and I won't be back. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location.

The city is closed down due to the winter storm, so very few places were open. Wendy's to the rescue. They had constant traffic at the drive thru, but the lady at the drive thru window was super nice! I had a bad day and her attitude made my day! Definitely recommend the Wendy's on Poplar and Perkins.

The person taking the order did not appear to be concerned or engaged. I did not see an exhibit of good customer service skills. I felt rushed / pushed aside, even though the service was quite slow.
Totally mismanaged. Fire the staff.I drove through at 6:20 pm , on 1/5, and they said "cash only", yet credit card terminal was visible and working.Employees are stealing from the owner.Employees were eating at the window and pulling fries from the bin and just eating them. Fire everyone there.

I ordered a burger with only mayo lettuce and cheese only then they put only ketchup and cheese but I didn’t complain I just told them it was wrong they said they was gonna fix it but all the did was add more ketchup and mayo and lettuce on it even when I repeated what I wanted but I know it’s a fast food place but I think yall should just slow down take yall time don’t rush
