My food is always the way I ask for it. They move pretty good especially the lunch crowd. I frequent here lunch and night alot. Staff here is awesome 👌. They ALWAYS take care of me.

Rude, nasty attitude, very unprofessional. They didn't answer the when I was waiting to take my order. So after 15 minutes I drive up to the window. The lady is on a personal call and that's why she never took my order at the drive through and when I told her I had waited got an attitude. People spend their money for mediocre customer service it's ridiculous.

 I pulled up to the drive through after looking online to see if you all were open. I was told you alls system was down as I drove thru the drive through. I saw your midnight crew sitting in the car on their phones and smoking. You probably won’t see this on camera b/c they park at the furniture store next door (This isn’t the 1st time this is happened.) Fire them yall are loosing buisness.

They will CHEAT YOU OUT YOUR MONEY THE GENERAL MANAGER IS IN ON IT. I called to complain he didn’t resolve the issue he was VERY RUDE! They all stealing MONEY!!!!!!

Stood at front counter about 5 minutes before acknowledging my family and I was standing there. The sandwich guy was on his phone with one glove on. The front cashier finally came and his approach was not good. Everyone in the kitchen besides the young lady with the tattoos and dreads were not too friendly. A customer asked for fresh fries and the front cashier (older gentleman) took the fries and threw them towards the trash very aggressively. I’m assuming the older lady with bandages on her hand was the manager (no hello, no acknowledgement). My family and I will not return back to this location at all, I spent over $25 and received horrible service. Food was lukewarm!!!

Terrible absolutely terrible. If I could have put zero stars I would. Food was terrible even the drink. Line was long I still had to went when I got to the window and I had a mobile order. Food was dry as hell. Most definitely will not go here again ?

The hours are not correct. I went this morning for breakfast and no one was there. Drove off about 645am with no breakfast or coffee which I definitely needed with the lack of sleep I've had this weeks.?

LISTEN UP CUSTOMERS, AREN’T WE TIRED OF SPENDING OUR HARD EARN MONEY AT THESE FAST FOOD PLACES, AND THE STAFF CAN CARELESS IF OUR ORDER IS CORRECT? My experience at the Wendy’s on Winchester was TERRIBLE. This event took place at 10pm. It took me 15 mins to place my order at the speaker. When I arrived at the speaker. I had to constantly repeat my order. He kept asking me “what else”. When he repeated the order back to me,.. he got it wrong twice. SLOW BUS SHORTY!!! Anyway,.. When I drove to the window. They are waving a medal plate to reset the drive thru time. GHETTO. When I received my order, My order was incorrect and I was missing a sandwich. I TOLD THE BIG LADY WITH THE BLONDE DREADS THAT I WAS MISSING FOOD SHE HAD A NASTY ATTITUDE. “It’s in the bag!!!!” WRONG AGAIN. I did not receive a receipt, napkins, straws and my chicken sandwich didn’t have cheese on it. I told him add cheese no veggies 3 times!!!!! My chicken sandwich had A LOT OF MAYONNAISE ON IT. YUCK!!! EVERY THING WAS A MESS AND RUSHED OUT. I have been at work all day, and I trusted Wendy’s on Winchester to VALUE ME AS A PAYING CUSTOMER. If the orders were correct the first time, you wouldn’t have to reset the clock so much. I am highly disappointed, I wouldn’t recommend night crew services.Thank Goodness For Chick-fil-A.
