My sister and I came in the drive thru on yesterday at 9 something and the manager was very unpleasant. I pulled up to the intercom and I hear go ahead with your order, and while I'm saying my order the manager which is at the drive thru window is like is that it and I was like no so, I started to proceed and when I finish he goes, drive to the window, very unpleasant. Get to the window and he's not pleasant just stuck his hand out to get my money. There was no good morning, hello, how are you? Is there anything else? Just pure rudeness! Me and my sister just looked at each, just speechless. Gave us drinks with no straw and French toast sticks were cold. Oh yea the Manager with the red lips on his neck and tattoos.

I came in and the young men behind the counter were like zombies one had his pants down with his hand in the front I ordered a 6 piece spicy nugget with a spicy chicken sandwich and my lettuce is brown and my nuggets I asked to be dropped fresh I was given a attitude. While making my sandwich I seen him talking the phone mess with his ear plugs move is hand on his head like ewwwww I took that food threw it away and went to Huey’s my lil $10 down the drain but I’m cool on it YALL need some way better workers

Never could make my sandwich right. Had to return to window to correct sandwich. 3rd time was a charm... God told me that day, that I did not need the burger. The manager was nice and refunded me back for the whole combo.

Although a frequent customer, my latest visit was impacted by errors. My order was incorrect, and the General Manager displayed unprofessional behavior, insulting me and delaying my order by 30 minutes. The food received by my family and me had soggy, wet buns. The manager yelled when I raised this concern, emphasizing their position as General Manager. Consequently, I will not return to this location. It has transitioned from being the best to the worst.

Service was timely. Burger was good but building property clothing on workers. Interior surfaces absolutely filthy! No napkins, no straws. But when I say filthy the cooler door that you can see through the order window was so thick with muck you could take a putty knife to it the clothing/sweatshirts that they had on look like they got them out of the trash dump! The window itself looks like you were Being handed something through a garbage truck window! And this is at saddle Creek Germantown Tennessee one of the nicer communities in West Tennessee! Unfortunately, I won’t be going back

I love that they have the zero sugar Braqs Rootbeer and rite now. You can get any size for one dollar. There Classic Dave Double is my go-to sandwich.

Great service! Caught the occasional profanity but it didn’t bother me. The buns on our burgers were a bit harder than I expected. My sister just took hers off and ate the meat. She also had issues with her bacon too.

Had to wait a while at the speaker, guess they werent ready to open on time, menus were still on dinner. Got 2 items, no condiments other than 2 jelly packets. Almost drove off and realized I only had one... backed up and was told extra jelly cost extra. I said I didnt get ketchup because I wanted jelly, she repeated jelly cost extra. I paid for it, but told her to give me the ketchup too then. She gave me 3. How are 3 ketchups free, but one jelly requires another swipe of my card... thats ridiculous, do better.

I went through the drive thru but service was pretty good ...nothing bad to say. He even allowed me to switch flavors of my last soda...everything was fixed as requested, fresh, tasty and hot. No complaints!!

I went to Wendy's on Winchester tonight at approximately 9:30 p.m and the service was horrible. The girl that was taking my order rushed me and acted as if I was bothering her. When I did get my food I went to check it and the guy at the windows started to rush me again. I told him that I had to check it because they gave it to me too fast and I requested to have my chicken sandwich fried fresh. He then told me that it was fresh and to "bite that mutherf××××r." When I did get home the sandwich was not what I ordered at all. It was a spicy and I asked for an original. I couldn't even eat it.

One of the best Wendy's in the area the worker was very patient and fulfilled the order correctly, if you want to go to a Wendy's that cares I would go to this one

Rude!!! I waited patiently for my door dash...It was given to me in 2 individual bags with two large drinks....I asked for a cup holder & one of the employees frowned at me as if she couldn't believe I wanted a cup holder lol...as the one young lady looks for the holder the General manager (as he announced himself when I stated I was going to write review) told the young lady to take the next order...he did aggressively say nonchalantly that they had none...we began arguing because he jumped In my phone conversation while I told them they seemed upset because I asked for the holder...he stated over * over I could leave the store & have a BLESSED DAY sarcastically...this is at approximately 8:40 am which is too early for nonsense...I had other restaurants simply apologize for not having them but this location made it seem like it was a crime to even ask...anywho I'm going to have a BLESSED DAY Mr. General manager
