I am BEYOND tired of the attitudes and inaccuracies. Messing up someone’s order and having an attitude is adding insult to injury. How hard is it to make sure you give someone the correct lemonade? I seriously would love to know. I CANNOT HAVE HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP. So when I order Minute Maid zero sugar with no ice(which is on the receipt), that’s what I expect. Ppl have health conditions that call for little to no sugar so your carelessness could literally mean making someone ill and/or causing agonizing pain. I say this as someone that once worked in fast food, Popeyes I might add. It’s not hard to accurately prepare an order. No one forced any of you to choose that line of work so why treat the customers as if they did? How are we to advance as a society if making fast food orders is a task that proves impossible? It costs you nothing to be pleasant and get someone’s order right. Do better.

I go here every Sunday for my clients breakfast and ever so often like today I am encountered with a person that claims to work every Sunday. Now I order the same meal every time a number 1 bacon chicken croissant meal, that's what it is on the board, this person told me it does not come with bacon I said okay. I just wish when people do not know they not make themselves look inadequate to do their job by acting as if they know. When the regular crew is there everything goes smoothly.

I did an interview with Darrel on 6/18 he was very unprofessional, late and forgetful. He locked himself out of his hiring account and handed me my Identifications back and told me to return on 06/25 at 10am instead of 9am so that I wouldn’t have a 1hour wait, like I did on 6/18. I get there and Darrel is not there and I am waiting again 45 min - 1 hour. One of the workers call him and he gets on the phone barely greeting me or saying anything so I’m like Hello, how are you? Is this Darrel he’s like Yessss?? I remind him about the interview. He goes I don’t remember you, neither do I remember telling you to come this Wednesday. I reminded him of everything that he said and we went over so he proceeds to FaceTime me and still says he doesn’t remember me. The worker said he did remember me and Darrel rudely says I will be there in about 30 minutes to check the books to see if I wrote your name down if not I didn’t hire you. I got up and left because what??? I have ate here before and the food is always cold and nasty. God fix it Jesus
