I placed a to-go order in the Wendy's Mobile app to use the $1 Dave Single Coupon. I went inside and told them I placed the order, then waited in the dining area. 15 minutes later I went up and asked them what was going on, they told me they had not received my order yet. I pulled up the app and showed them the receipt that showed the order, the date, and the time the order was placed. They told me they still could not do anything. I tried to contact customer support to see what the problem was. While I was waiting for the live chat I showed them the credit card charge to prove that the order had been placed. The manager said "I don't care, I won't do anything until it shows on the screen". I used to work in fastfood. If a costumer's mobile order got messed up we would remake it because it was not worth squabbling about. I had proof of purchase, this manager did not care. After 30 minutes I asked again if he could not just make my $7.68 order because I wanted to go home. He responded with "are you going to order something or just stand there". I left afterwards. I'm still waiting on chat.NEVER COME HERE. THE MANAGER IS UNHELPFUL, RUDE, AND CONDESCENDING.

Wendy's food is usually great. I went through the driveway thru late at night and not only was the food horrible but the young lady at the window was very rude. Needed to say, I will never go to that location late EVER again!

There was no sign on the door saying the lobby is closed so I walked in the rain to have to walk back to my car. I had to wait 20mins before getting to the speaker to order. Instead of letting me order they said "wait one second" and proceeded to make me wait 10mins with my window down in the rain. Once I got to the window to get my food the employee was rude.Wendy's needs to just shut this location down, the lobby is usually closed, they're always short staffed, and the staff is always obnoxious.

Drive thru was supposed to be open but the staff wouldn’t answer. They were all sitting in the lobby area doing nothing. At 0930 in the morning. Very disappointing.

I don't understand why the hours on the door and a sign in the window says dining room open at 6:30 but the door was locked and nobody offered to unlock it. If this dining room doesn't open until 9:00 or whatever time, the manager should take down the signs and change the hours on the door. The McDonalds down the street was happy to serve me though.

At 7:30am the Wendy's on Winchester is usually not open because a truck has come in and there's no one to cook or the only thing that they have ready is sausage and biscuits. They are supposed to start serving breakfast at 6:00am. Terrible service.
