I understand having a bad. I understand not wanting to come to work. This happens to everyone. I don’t understand bad service because you’re having a bad day when you work in a front-facing customer service job. Ignoring the customer and acting like they are an annoyance when asking for something that was forgotten shouldn’t be an issue when you want to provide customer service for a living. I come to this location because it’s close. I want to come to this location because I feel valued as a customer. I believe it’s possible, even at Wendy’s.

Customer service was terrible. The restaurant was dirty and nasty and tye floors was sticky. The food was good. Lack of communication. I would recommend going to another Wendy's I will not be returning to this location

Uhh I might be the only person in Memphis that likes this Wendy's, but the service is Ritz Carlton level compared to the Popeye's down the road and the food is very good.

Service is horrible!!! Especially at night. A black car with no license plate pulled in front of us in the drive through and nearly hit us and they still served him

I just wanted a $5 biggie bag. It rung up $5:99 + tax = $6.57. I didn't want a $6 Biggie bag. I spoke to the manager and she said that the Biggie bag no longer in small but only in medium or large meaning I guess just a medium fry and the cashier gave me a medium cup. I didn't ask for medium and the cashier didn't mention that the Biggie bag was not $5 any longer. Long story short: I got a refund for unsatisfactory in customer service. P.S. I was hungry to. I left and went to Krystal's and was satisfied with a nice delicious corndog fries which was hot and a sweet apple pie which came from the pick five. Maybe next time, Wendy's. Have a good day.

I showed up to get breakfast doors were locked but they were doing drive thru orders only when I asked about the doors being locked employee rolled her eyes and closed drive thru window if the dining room is closed but drive thru isn't then have that listed but don't get an attitude with me because of the hours you have listed terrible customer service but that's been the standard in this city for the most part.

Wouldn’t open after I sat and waited for 20 minutes to order on the app, then waited another 10 minutes knocking on the door this morning. I know whoever is on shift heard me knocking and saw me the whole time yet ignored me intentionally. All she had to do was unlock the door. I would’ve politely waited inside. It’s 3/17/2024 @ 6:40am
