I showed up to get breakfast doors were locked but they were doing drive thru orders only when I asked about the doors being locked employee rolled her eyes and closed drive thru window if the dining room is closed but drive thru isn't then have that listed but don't get an attitude with me because of the hours you have listed terrible customer service but that's been the standard in this city for the most part.

Wouldn’t open after I sat and waited for 20 minutes to order on the app, then waited another 10 minutes knocking on the door this morning. I know whoever is on shift heard me knocking and saw me the whole time yet ignored me intentionally. All she had to do was unlock the door. I would’ve politely waited inside. It’s 3/17/2024 @ 6:40am

A fish sandwich with the fish askew placed halfway on the bun. A literal 5 mm lake from coke machine that leaks and is forming at front counter. The ratio of syrup and water was off and all the drink flavors were horrible. I went to the restroom and found no toilet paper or paper towels. Also one window near ordering had so many grubby kids hand prints on it.

Manger walking around in regular clothes hair out flying everywhere didnt wash her hands after handing cash cashier didn't greet or answering questions plus drawer had been counted to many times not to hv another cashier so the line was getting longer and we was waiting & waiting the cook was playing and the food was not hot Sad first time at that location and my last time

I went through the drive through thinking that they would give me fresh food. My fries were cold and my single with cheese had to have been alright made because it was soggy.

This is a tight spot to drive through. My guy friend and I got two caramel frosty's. I hope this becomes a staple. It was the perfect late night treat. It made my headache disappear. Tried again 2/1/25 and will only get frosties from here. My spicy chicken sandwich tasted like a patty vs juicy spicy chicken sandwich advertised.

It was open, but doors were locked because of low staffing. You could hear through the intercom of the vehicle in front of us all of the items "they ain't got". But the manager and staff were as friendly as you can expect, when you have staff not showing up for work. At least our food was fresh and hot. I would try them again to see if the staffing issue was a fluke.

We decided to order 2 taco salads for dinner since it had been maybe 1.5 years. I checked my bag and was looking for the salsa, round chips, etc. I asked, "Where are my chips, salsa, etc?" Well, the recipe has changed, and so did the taste. We added some chips and sour creams but didn't have any shredded cheese. It was a far cry from the "original" Taco Salad and lacked the awesome taste, but at least it was filling. I guess it's time to start making my own again.

Baby listen, I need yall to do something safe and productive with your floors. Walked in and almost slid into the kitchen to make my own food🤣 I would hate for yall to receive a lawsuit over somebody's granny breaking a hip. Also, I assumed going inside would be the process a bit quicker. I couldn't be more wrong. I understand being short staffed but it seemed like everybody was moving in slow motion. I can wait after all but DEGREASE THEM FLOORS YESTERDAY.
