I just wanted a $5 biggie bag. It rung up $5:99 + tax = $6.57. I didn't want a $6 Biggie bag. I spoke to the manager and she said that the Biggie bag no longer in small but only in medium or large meaning I guess just a medium fry and the cashier gave me a medium cup. I didn't ask for medium and the cashier didn't mention that the Biggie bag was not $5 any longer. Long story short: I got a refund for unsatisfactory in customer service. P.S. I was hungry to. This is a tight spot to drive through. My guy friend and I got two caramel frosty's. I hope this becomes a staple. It was the perfect late night treat. It made my headache disappear. Tried again 2/1/25 and will only get frosties from here. My spicy chicken sandwich tasted like a patty vs juicy spicy chicken sandwich advertised.
