I came to wendys and ordered my food i had 2 meals , a 10 piece nugget, and 4 pc nugget the total was 18$ we get to the window we get cashed out with no receipt of what we paid for very unacceptable! They didnt charge us for half the stuff we said we wanted

I went to Wendy’s at 9:15 am and the door was locked. I tried to get the employees attention and was ignored. I walked to the drive through for a customer to asked what time they open and they told her to tell me to go to the drive thru. I walked there because my car is getting worked on, so did she want me to walk up to the drive thru, smh. They need to change their time or put up something showing the dine in time. I only wanted a cup of coffee and something lite to coat my stomach. Very dissatisfied ?
The drive-thru service was excellent and the new chicken parm nuggets were tasty.. Wendy's has definitely stepped their game up a couple of notches

Food orders wrong . Food put together sloppy and Luke nasty warm . Manager, older lady trying to make it right but when you have kids working and playing . Not professional at all . This isn’t acceptable. Fast food already has gone down hill and most fast food places aren’t worth the time or energy of getting kids taking orders playing around inside . This location needs some serious change. Re- train staff . Get people that want to work or shut it down . This location is garbage.
