I ordered from there the other night and asked for a spicy chicken sandwich, fresh. I even said I’d wait, but when I got it, it wasn’t fresh nor were the fries. This has happened before—another time I ordered a large spicy chicken combo and the chicken was old, the fries were cold, and they gave me a medium instead of a large. The manager also had an attitude when I brought it up. Every time I go at night, the food is never fresh. They need to fix this.

I ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit. It’s my first time trying and it was awful!! Biscuit hard and chicken patty dry!! Will not be going back to this location

I usually enjoy Wendy’s because their burgers are juicy, flavorful, and served hot. Unfortunately, this visit was not up to their usual standard. I ordered the Double Dave’s Cheeseburger, and it turned out very dry almost as if it had been sitting for a while before being served. The patties lacked the fresh, juicy texture I’ve come to expect from Wendy’s, and the overall flavor just didn’t hit the mark.
I’m normally a big fan of Wendy’s burgers, so this was disappointing. Hopefully, this was just an off day for this location, because I know Wendy’s can do much better.

Leave work to purchase lunch for my staff. THIS IS A FRANCHISE AND EVERYTHING SHOULD BE THE SAME, per franchise contract. I don't know if owner/reginal manager is NOT popping in but it seems to be systemic @ 4390 Elvis Presley Memphis, TN & 880 Stateline Rd Southhaven, MS (10 minutes from each other) NOOOO lunch until 11am when is says online 10:30am. In addition, once you WAIT, they are pre-cooking food, it is COLD and old and not fresh at all. In this economy when you make a choice to go eat, then have to wait, then Not fresh is CRAZY!!!

I ordered a large fry and 5 cookies! I asked Edna ( W the round glasses and small/tiny ponytail) at the window for a sauce so she told me $.33! She already had an attitude because we were using the app! I could literally hear her through the cracked window! So I gave her $.50 and asked for a receipt, i worked for Wendys previously so I know they Dont charge for sauces unlike other restaurants! She went talking her crap to the employees and then went to print this receipt for a sour cream for $.55 and slammed the window closed & never even gave me my change! Then I look at my LARGE FRY its half full! I couldn't take this pic fast enough to write this review! I also will be filing a formal complaint, there is no wayyyyy that she should be dealing with customers directly, certain people need to stick to behind the scenes like washing dishes! Absolutely unacceptable!

I went to this particular location this morning at to get something to eat in drive through. While sitting there I noticed an employee standing in the window but no one said anything to me on the intercom. So I proceeded to drive to the window to inquire about my order being taken and a lady with black and blonde braids with her hair pulled back in a ponytail told me that they weren't open. Yet the sign on the window said that opening hours start at 6:30 and I pulled up at 6:41. I asked what time did they open and she told me 7:00. If that's the case the sign needs to be changed and she could use a little customer service training to inform people through the intercom about opening hours, because this was the same employee I saw before I approached the window. She also seemed comfortable with telling me a different time of store opening hours, which further let me know that this was not the first time they opened late.

Nasty, I watched the girl drop the food all over the counter 😡 and trust to try to give it back to me.They are super nasty .Look at the workers finger,they don't even look like they wash they hands.They are some real nasty people that work there and they make the place nasty to eat at.Still waiting on them to contact me about my refund.
