Went through the drive thru and I must say the greeting was unwelcoming. I wouldn't say rude, but just unwelcoming. We ordered the Krabby Patty meal, Grilled chicken wrap, and Jr bacon cheese burger and everything was mid. The fries were the best tasting items. The grilled chicken wrap was barely wrapped and it seemed like they took a spoon and just dumped the wrap content inside. The bread on the burgers were harder than I'm use to which is crazy if everything is made fresh. This had to be an off day.

I ordered through Doordarsh. They closed the lobby and had everyone going through the drive through that was wrapped around the building. After waiting for thirty minutes in a line that barely moved only when people left out Of frustration my order was canceled. I will never go back and will let everyone I know, work with and run into know not to go there. One of the most Horrible experiences I have had of late.

I love Wendy's better than any other burger joint....but you never get fresh tomatoes or lettuce...I always remove when I get home & put my own lettuce & tomatoes from my refrigerator at home plus fries never full or fresh unless u family.
Closed the dining area as soon as I ordered even though it was only 1 pm. Good way to lose customers.

They are so damn trifling. Line always long , food never fresh. They never get your order right & I ordered a 10pc nugget only to get home and see it’s only 7. They need a new management team or just shut the whole restaurant down!

Fries old I asked for fresher fries and still got some more old fries dry fries and the burger (single) was cool to touch and old meat dry not tasty I had to trashed the fries and I’m disgusted ? atp real sad

I ordered three Burgers with lettuce and tomato with NO drinks and price was &26.00+. That was not the problem: the sandwich was cold and buns were hard. Plus no napkins. Very poor service - 7/14/2024

The service was very poor. The biggest problem was when we walked through the door we saw a Lady manager eating chicken nuggets even was still eating while she made our food. I will never ever go again.
