My husband and I went through drive through this morning, to get breakfast, at 8:10am, biscuits were hard as a brick, we asked the lady at the window to change them out, they did, but they were still hard, and 1 was sausage instead of chicken, instead of the 2 chicken, I tried my best to eat it, but it was so hard and stale I just couldn’t, tried to do a survey but didn’t have the restaurant number because she didn’t give us the receipt. We had already turned around twice, service was terrible, and food was even worst, and the restaurant was not busy at this time, for the bad service nor old food, I look forward to a soft honey chicken biscuit, this was not the case today, very disappointed.

They don't have any of the regular combo just the biggie bag. Then after order they want you to back up to make it look like there times are good. This is ridiculous that these business tolerate employee doing this. Where are the managers at to correct this kinda of behavior. Then had to wait 20 minutes on order. Order was wrong, associate got a attitude with me because they got it wrong. Fries cold and they just tried to fix sandwiches they already made. Employees are a direct reflection of management.

This place is so backwards and slow no customer service at all. Why is y’all inside always closed even in the morning time? I come here everyday and I’m never surprised it’s always something. As a dasher it’s terrible to sit and wait in a long line for 20 minutes or more. The order is suppose to already be prepared when I arrive. It’s only one person with good customer service here and I don’t know her name but she was awesome. The other employees could learn from here honestly.

My drive through experience was awesome. The young lady took out order got everything correct had a very nice attitude. We got to the wonder to pick our food up. The people at that window were very polite. And make sure that we had everything that we needed before window. And our food was fresh and hot and my peppermint frosty was delicious.Kid-friendliness: Chicken nuggets
I Order hamburgers they had old meat on burgers the fries were terrible had bacon fries and they were terrible will not be back no one took pride in their work the only thing that was good was the lemonade smh I had to throw away half my burger try to b ear it and couldn't.

I purchased a ranch chicken sandwich combo from this Wendy's today! I had to pull forward so my order could be cooked fresh. Guess what? I get all the way home just to find out the chicken was raw! I sure hope I don't get sick because the managers acted so nonchalantly!

I don’t understand how the store remains open because they never have any bread, lettuce or nuggets! I had to go to McDonald’s!
