This place is a joke stay in line 30 minutes for nothing, food is cold they fighting inside getting got to do better district management needed a better crew

I can't comment on the food because the doors were locked at 8:15 in the morning. Employee inside directed me to walk around to other side of bldg. only for THAT door to be locked as well. I couldn't fit my truck in the drive thru.

I’m disappointed! I usually come to this Wendy’s often because I’ve never had a problem! I’m not sure what’s going on today but I’m not happy with my order. I order online through the app because it’s convenient so today I ordered 2 biggie bags one with spicy nuggets and one regular with an extra 6 piece nugget spicy also. That would be 3 orders of nuggets in total, I only got 1 with the biggie bags, I ordered a diet dr pepper and it was so flat with no carbonation it was horrible. When the lady brought my food out she was talking on her cell phone so that answered a lot of questions right there. I’m pregnant and craving nuggets so not having my craving of my Dr Pepper and extra nuggets really irritated me and I probably won’t go back to this location for a while.

Very rude and unsanitary I watched the cashier take some drinks back that I had in my possession over 20 mins and pour them back into the containers to resell I had opened one and tasted it they were watered down so I asked that the be remade and very nice young lady made my drinks over afterward she other one took the other ones and shockingly proceeded to do this

Yesterday(3-13-25) I went to this Wendy's(on 3rd and hornlake) and I purchased a Jr. cheeseburger and a cheese baked potato. When I got to the window they said something was wrong with the potato. I ask for a chili in its place add cheese and chives. When I left out and made it home the burger look as if it was a week old and the chili was not equal in value with the bake potato. It had no cheese in it. I threw it all away and I have plans on reporting this Wendy's corporate. This is so ridiculous.
