I love their chill , but the last four times i came there to get some they say they are sold out, I ask for a manager the third time and ask her why they don’t make more since it’s selling so good, the last time i went they was sold out, I try to support the business in the my community, but I can’t get what I want when I want it

The food was cold 2days in a row completely different staff and food was cold cheese was not melted had to come home and put in microwave...drink was excellent the sprite taste like it had a twist of lime in it.

This have got to be the worst one in the city they don’t care about the food and how they give it to you why I just got food very distasteful dry as a desert bite into it instantly get cotton mouth this some bull pissed me off I just paid my money for that trash because that’s where it went in the trash I’ll never again go there cause I’ll fight about my food My advice start fresh with new crew they to comfortable getting yall money and not doing what they paid to do

Update: 7/24 ABSOLUYELY NOTHING HAS CHANGED! Went to get a baked potato at 1040AM only to be told to wait at the speaker, with one car ahead. No greeting, just "go ahead with your order" only to be told that "we'n even got none ready". No apology, no offer for something else on the menu. Nothing. I don't care what neighborhood you serve, professionalism should be required! You're a RESTAURANT!!! Food should ALWAYS be fresh and available, especially so soon after opening. Worst location on this side of town!!! I shouldn't have to drive to Horn Lake when there is a location literally down the street.
Three attempts. Different times of day. Still no salads. Might as well either take it off of the menu, cover it up, or post a sign saying "though we advertise them, we NEVER have any salads for sale. My bf ordered a plain chicken sandwich and it was SLATHERED in Mayo. Gave 2 stars because at least my order was right and the fries were fresh. Otherwise would five no stars if it was an option.
