My food was hot and fresh but the service was horrible. They kept skipping people that already placed orders. Also their ice machine had hair in it. People was bring it back to get their money. And i couldn't order at the drive thru i had to go inside
This place has the potential to be better. The staff is overwhelmed with the evening rush. Maybe hire more people or utilize the people there to focus on one thing at a time. The cashier shouldn't have to make orders and work the cash register. The employees were scrambling and not organized, so it appeared chaotic more than organized.
The food is usually good here except for late night...fries are normally cold at night. Service....not so great... After sitting in line for 30 to 45 min (which is normal after dark) they ALWAYS want u to back up behind the yellow pole and wait til they tell u to pull up to the window again. Considering the wait time to the window is so long i dont think anyone wants to back up to the yellow pole and wait another 5 - 10 min. Although if u are a regular customer this is expected,...
