Only selling burgers 2 hours before close

Did a drive thru order and I wanted to really use my mobile app rewards at time of payment I showed my reward code and the person in the window kept mentioning it was already thru & that she did scanned it even when I mentioned it twice to reassure she did scanned my reward . I noticed it did not even went through . I did not want to make a big deal about it since the lady at window seemed like she did not want to even work or be there . The service honestly says a lot about a place . I asked for a baconator burger and received a single ..smh

Memphis really needs people who want to work and give a better attitude .

I hate leaving bad reviews on fast food cause we all know these corporations do not care. But whoever was working the drive thru last night around 10pm....yall need to do that girl a favor and let her go so she can find herself a better paying job. That ATTITUDE aint getting her anywhere. Wont ever be back to this location. After reading these reviews, yall must wanna stay empty like Hardee's up the street. Just wait... won't get $1 more from us!!

Went to Wendys for some Breakfast biscuits and there was only one employee there! They couldn't even open on time for breakfast so I left. Very disappointing

Sometimes I stop by for breakfast 🍳. It is a Hit 🎯 or Miss 🕳️with this Wendy’s sometimes. Forgot the bacon 🥓…. 😬 this time!!! Food is good but like I said Hit 🎯 or Miss🕳️… Wrong people working here and or just not paying attention!!!

Unfortunately we all kinda expect attitudes from the windows ..... some sense of entitlement . I am a former Wendy's 1st generation cook......back when they were made Hot N Juicy.....this burger today was at best Chili Meat Horrible ....Its past time Wendy's Owners to tighten up Standards I'm sure your business would increase ......for any old school Wendy's people I helped train Lee Short ...... in early 70's Wendy Thomas you can change it back

Fayth had terrible customer service. She was rude. I asked her was she ok and she said Why? With the attitude.

Her manager was pleasant and said she was sorry that it happened.

I don’t know if I will go back to Summit Ave Wendy’s.
