My husband and I came in here to eat. When we came in a woman who was at least 40 took our order. I had a coupon for a free chili. She scanned the coupon for no reason and charged me for a large chili when it was supposed to be a dollar with purchase. She was rude from the moment we came in contact with her. We got our food and it was wrong. I ordered spicy nuggets and was given regular. I didn't receive my drink that I ordered. When we confronted them about the coupon and how we were over charged she acted so unprofessional and rude raising her voice at us saying we calling her a liar and how we need to stop saying she's lying. We never once said that. I've worked customer service for over 15 years and I have a degree in the medical field. The manager was there and it was pathetic he allowed her to act that way. It's even more pathetic and shocking that she feels comfortable enough to act that way and treat customers that way. My husband set his wallet and a package of "Snowballz" that was 3.5 grams of THCA. The woman brought us his wallet, after she went through it and found no money. She pocketed the THCA. She demanded that we give her a "reward" for her bringing us his wallet. She argued with me and told me I left his wallet in the restroom which that was false. After we paid, I walked about 3 feet from where she was standing to go use the restroom but it was occupied so I went and sat down to wait. She saw me attempt to go in the restroom but instead she assumed I went in there. Called me a liar and acted like I was a dumb ass or one of the junkies on the street. She should be more aware of her surroundings and then she wouldn't of assumed I went in the restroom. But her assuming that just made her tell on herself and show that she took my husband's wallet and THCA. I've never experienced anything like this and I've never received customer service that awful my whole 32 years of life. She seemed miserable and acted like she got enjoyment out of being rude and nasty to customers. She should really watch how she treats people. This world is crazy and this isn't a good area to piss a stranger off. She could piss off the wrong person one day and possibly put her life in danger. Very stupid for someone her age to act like that.

I ordered 4 combos. They gave me cold fries. I also ordered a chicken sandwich that was as dry as a plank I asked for a for a fresh sandwich and fries.. They just redropped the cold fries, which made them hard as a rock and the second chicken patty was harder than the first one..this store's quality is declining daily

The worst piece of chicken ever. It was rubber. The lettuce is an old outer piece. Ten dollars and it wasn't edible. I didn't know until I got home or I would have taken it back. Never again.

Went in store was slow, everything on the receipt is correct. The guy that took our order did a fantastic job. Then that is where it goes wrong. Everything in the bag was wrong in some kind of way. This is the worst Wendy's restaurant in the city. If it wasn't for having to wait 25 minutes fir the order to come out I would wait for them to remake the order.

I just wanted some breakfast and got home and both of my sausage and cheese Muffin looked just like this, meat over cooked and muffin was not toasted I was just passing by I live on the other side of town and I don’t have time to drive back to the area. The service was amazing the young lady at the window was very nice, I just wish my sandwich were nice as well.
Unfortunately I have to give at least one star to write a review or I wouldn’t even give them one their attitude is very rude they are always unprofessional my food was cold I tried to talk to the manager he was unprofessional as well ypu always have to wait at least 10 mins at the mic before anyone even says anything to you and they are very young very rude and very much do not want to even interact with customers There are no words to express the rude aggressive disgusting behavior of staff and the lack cleanliness of the restaurant. I suggest reporting thing to the health department. I’ve done so myself
