Let me just be direct. To the girl air king drive thru window with the two tone hair. Category Is: Remedial. First I said can I get 2 -10pc. Her Response: I got Biggie Bags. You pretty I give you that but pretty didn’t save my food. Tf! You messed up my ENTIRE order!!!!!!! They need to make you the dishwasher. Hope you don’t get the detergent and sanitizer solution mixed up.

I cannot recommend avoiding this Wendy’s enough. You’ll put a mobile order in for drive thru pickup, only to be told to come inside when you’ve already sat in line for 10 minutes. Then you’ll have to wait 5-10 to speak to a cashier because there’s only two people running registers even when other don’t actively have a task to do. Then they’re going to prioritize the drive thru you tried to go through and you’re going to sit waiting for 45 minutes for your food that’s been sitting on a table with no heat for at least 15 minutes because only one or two people in the building even know how to put orders together in the bag and speak to customers. This isn’t even the first time I’ve had to wait in the store up to an hour for 2-3 combos, but it’s certainly the last time. Price isn’t worth the poor quality service and mid quality burgers.

They used to have great chili. I don't know what the hell this was. Loud employees so loud another (manager?) Yelling for them to be quiet as drive Tru orders can't be heard.My order shorted twice! But she apologized at least. You can build a shiny new location but what you fill it with matters ...

4th time going to the new wendy's on summer ave about 8pm 1st time was told I could not get any food at the drive through unless I had ordered on line the other 3 times was told they were out of the food I wanted and last night the regular hamburger I ordered was a juror hamburger paid for

Either the workers here don't care or don't listen to the type of order I placed. Who knows, it could be on purpose. I thought first time it was just a mistake, but twice the same thing happened with two different orders?Twice I've ordered food, and both times, they added bacon on them. First, the queso fries, then on a honey chicken biscuit. I don't see anywhere where it lists bacon comes on these automatically. Especially not on the honey chicken biscuit. I pay for the food only for it to go to the trash because I don't eat pork. Wasted time and money. Deserves less than a 0.

So I want to Wendy's with my family and it was fine until we asked for something so simple as ranch. This woman decided to ignore us make eye to eye contact with my mom and not give it. Not a "we don't have any" or ANYTHING. so after we pulled off I noticed no ranch in either bag so we went back to the window. My mother said "may I please have some ranch" and this "woman" HAD THE NERVE TO GO "huh" really loud. Trash Customer service like tf.

I'd argue that Wendy's is the best fast food choice, consistant from store to store, good quality, and good store update policy. Noone wants to be stuck with an old run-down store in their neighborhood, Wendy's is rehabbing stores everywhere.

The worst place ever! Horrible management because it reflects in the employees. We placed an order and they were out of baked potatoes, chili and cream soda. They didn't tell us they were out either and offered no replacements! There was nothing correct about what we did get either! This establishment is a joke! A brand new location and they hire employees that do not care at all.
