I asked for a fresh chicken they obliged but the fries was old and cold as hell how you pull me up to make fresh chicken and give me cold fries today is 01/06/2026 I ordered a taco salad the beans was hard and uncooked and the taco chips was stale I returned it Sharita the manager was funky about the ordeal I in turn got another salad and the onions was stale the date 9/23/2025 I called to tell her she says we just got them

So I stopped got me some chili had to wait for the chili wait for my ordering precise when the order got to me The only thing I got to say about it I didn't know that Wendy's uses cayenne pepper or even jalapeno juice in their chili if you guys really think you guys hurt my feelings by putting the stuff into my chili I just say thank you but for people that cannot have it and you guys are doing this because you think it's funny you going to end up with a lawsuit one day get your people under control cuz it's stupidity

Pulled up to the speaker at 8:10 the menu is still on the lunch menu! Get to the window still waiting on my food but this everytime I come to this location! Be prepared to wait 30mins and irs only 2 cars in the drive thru!

Waited in line for 30 mins for some nuggets and a fry. The guy at the window proceeded to tell me to pull forward with 3 other cars. Btw they are just faking there time in and out of the drive thru and still haven’t gotten my food sitting here for 10 mins and still waiting.

Sandwich Was Raw Inside!!
My husbands sandwich was raw inside …he unfortunately ate it already before we realized it wasn’t cooked fully. Completely unacceptable. Other than that everyone was so sweet and thorough, they made sure everything was correct and inside my bag.

The whiten Rd location had some very rude employees on the closing shift. The little shift leader kept putting his hands in his pants. This happened 3 times while I was picking my order up in the drive through. Disgusting!!

This had to be one of the most unfriendly experiences I've had in a restaurant in a while. The person that took my order was not in uniform and appeared to have an attitude because I made an adjustment to my order. He was wearing a bandana on his head and slides instead of shoes and there was even an employee that was working in her socks. The guy didn't give me the cup for my drink and when I asked about it he grudgenly set my cup on the counter instead of handing it to me. I will not definitely not be returning to this location again.

I just went here and spent 50 dollars on food, I waited in line over 10 minutes before my order was taken, I requested fresh food and when I got home, my food was cold and old! The drive through rep was nice however she seemed annoyed at my big order. I honestly don’t understand how you can take my money then serve me old food? I’m demanding my money back or my food made to order! This is unacceptable!

I entered the restaurant and was the only person ordering. 2-3 minutes later my presence was acknowledged . I spoke to the cashier she frowned and asked what would I like to order. I asked to order a fresh order of Garlic Parmesan nuggets. She walked away and yelled for the male employees to drop some fresh nuggets. She returned to the counter and said it will be 4-5 minutes. I replied that’s fine paid and sat down. I during my visit the employee called her name (Wanda) . The nuggets were good and to my expectations. The other employees worked a team and prepared my food and others that came in minutes after me. I believe she was manager and professionalism start at the top. I normally get great customer service. Today was not a good reflection.
