This had to be one of the most unfriendly experiences I've had in a restaurant in a while. The person that took my order was not in uniform and appeared to have an attitude because I made an adjustment to my order. He was wearing a bandana on his head and slides instead of shoes and there was even an employee that was working in her socks. The guy didn't give me the cup for my drink and when I asked about it he grudgenly set my cup on the counter instead of handing it to me. I will not definitely not be returning to this location again.

I just went here and spent 50 dollars on food, I waited in line over 10 minutes before my order was taken, I requested fresh food and when I got home, my food was cold and old! The drive through rep was nice however she seemed annoyed at my big order. I honestly don’t understand how you can take my money then serve me old food? I’m demanding my money back or my food made to order! This is unacceptable!

I entered the restaurant and was the only person ordering. 2-3 minutes later my presence was acknowledged . I spoke to the cashier she frowned and asked what would I like to order. I asked to order a fresh order of Garlic Parmesan nuggets. She walked away and yelled for the male employees to drop some fresh nuggets. She returned to the counter and said it will be 4-5 minutes. I replied that’s fine paid and sat down. I during my visit the employee called her name (Wanda) . The nuggets were good and to my expectations. The other employees worked a team and prepared my food and others that came in minutes after me. I believe she was manager and professionalism start at the top. I normally get great customer service. Today was not a good reflection.

Wow great service food taste great and the berry frost mmmm out of this world. Cashier very professional and clean restaurant. You go Wendy's. I walk from penske just put my semi in shop decided to walk here. And I'm glad I did . No judgements just great customer service. Please keep up the great job

The staff refused to take my order through drive thru. I pulled up to the window and a light skin guy who looked to be a manager looked at me several times without acknowledging me. If you have certain business hours and you don’t want to work how about find a new job?

I have no words for what a toxic horrible place this is. The entire staff is so hateful and the food is ALWAYS wrong! It’s insane how no one there cares about their jobs and it’s only getting worse. I attempted to get food once again tonight. Mistake. I ordered 5 items and received 1 of them. When asked where the rest was I was told “we out”. They weren’t going to tell me my items were out of stock, offer a refund, or a replacement of any kind. Corporate needs to have some accountability for this location.

On 7-8 at approximately 2:30 pm I went into the Whitten Road location to make an order for a co worker and myself. I ordered a 10 pc nugget combo which was wrong and two 10 pc with a baked potato and I never got my other order of nuggets nor did I get my drinks until I asked for them. Tony ( the mgr or assistant mgr blue shirt) acted as if it was a crime! Along with fries for the nugget combo and drink he had attitude again and after that he said and I quote, “if you wanted a meal you should have told me, I can’t read your mind.” I told him I never said he could. Before I let the situation go further I asked should I Google corporates number or can you give it to me. He said I can Google it. I asked him his name and he said “Tony”. I told him thank you and made a call to corporate and Bob called me after customer support took my message and email and spoke to me. He refunded me the 20 dollars I spent and he would go ahead and forward the information to the General Manager. Thank you Bob and I am sorry for the inconvenience but if his attitude towards me was not good then how many people has he done that way? Should he be in the position that he is in? Or should he be working for Wendy’s treating customers in a manner that is unacceptable?

The most rude and hateful employees work here . They throw your food in the bag, if you have fries or nuggets they’re going to be just scattered in the bottom of the bag… if they short you any items or mess your order up they will give you the hardest time correcting your order and treat you as if you aren’t a human being … I work down the street from this location and It is convenient to order food online from here and pick up . All of my coworkers frequent here . After how I was treated Friday in an attempt to pick up an online order , I will never go back to this location and will encourage my fellow coworkers to avoid as well.

Overall I’ve been through their drive through, three times in a row with problem, orders, and I literally work across the street. Not the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and I’m not happy about it so they’re going to get a one across-the-board. Cold and old burgers. Disgusting. Do not recommend at all. Their french fries get cooked and old grease as well. And their drinks suck and their service people don’t care.
