My food was hot, fresh,and correct .the customer service was excellent and positive 👍🏾 Jan 1st night 🌙 shift made sure 👌🏾 my new year's day continued going great and i appreciate that thank you 😊. This Wendy's was great!! I picked my grandson up from UofM late and he wanted something to eat and we went to a gas station that usually has hot food but due to the lateness of the hour ( after 11:00pm) there was no hot food understanbly so...soooo I thought let's go to the Wendy's on Frayser Blvd. Honestly I wasn't sure if it was open and if it was I expected the person in the window to be rude and impatient. I also thought the food would be cold and stale not good at all but my grandson was hungry and he really loves Wendy's so I took a chance and went to the Wendy's in Frayser on Frayser Blvd and said, hello and to my surprise the young lady was so nice and pleasant! The food was also hot and fresh!! I'd honestly gotten use to terrible service at the Wendy's late night drive through but my grandson was hungry and I didn't have anything quick to eat at home. This Wendy's employees, food and service was awesome! I was not expecting great food and service at that late hour. I honestly expected grumpy rude service because it's what I've gotten at several Wendy's. A month ago I pulled into the Wendy's on poplar near Perkins and got yelled at cursed out, so of course I left, the Wendy's on Winchester near Kirby the employee was rude and disrespectful with cold nasty food, the Wendy's on Highland had terrible service with the usual rude employees (see the patteen of rudeness...the only reason I keep going back is because my grandchildren really love Wendy's) so I wasn't expecting the warm and pleasant voice at this Wendy's drive thru which was a pleasant surprise. Especially due to the lastness of the hour. Her attitude made me feel really good! That young lady had a sun shiny smile and attitude at 11:00pm at night! And the food was hot and fresh! It was a great experience! Please keep up the great job. Thank you Wendy's on Frayser Blvd!! I

Went here today to get a breakfast burrito meal. With sausage and bacon. I only received bacon, I called the store twice, no answer smh!! They really need to do better!! They even pulled me behind a pole after I paid and still didn't get it right. SMH please do better!!

When I say this is the worse WENDYS IN THE WORLD..There employees always have a attitude wether it be day or night shift..Slow as ever they have been slow since the doors opened..U would think by now they would have gotten better..I have so many bad experiences with store..Even stop going for awhile bc of the service finally go back an it’s worse…

Nasty attitudes and cold food temperatures, if you ask for your nuggets fresh and tell them you’ll wait on them while in the drive thru. They will re dip them in grease and make the nuggets hard and unappetizing, some of the worst customer service behavior I’ve ever experienced. The entire night shift needs to be replaced immediately. Your burger bun will be hard & stale and the pattie will be cold… this Wendy’s should change their slogan to FROZEN NEVER FRESH. Save your money this restaurant isn’t worth it at night

Ordered my food from uber eats and someone stole my order which means they didn’t make sure that the delivery person confirmed it. On top of that reordered after an hour and the manager gave mad attitude to the delivery driver who was simply just doing her job. Called up there twice just to not have my problems looked in to. AND after all of this they were still about to hand out the wrong food to the delivery person smh… this is actually insane.
