I tried ordering the biggie bag jr bacon cheeseburger meal but when I got to the window the young African American girl was very rude. She told me my meal was 7ish instead of 5ish.. I asked why and her face immediately was an attitude and said the lemonade is a dollar more. When I asked how is that, when I went to Wendy's on popular last week and it wasnt she didn't care to explain and remain with an attitude. I just told her don't worry about my order and before I can ask to speak to manager she already closed (well slammed) the window. I immediately drove off and called and asked to speak with an manager. I expressed to the manager by the name of Shay, what i encountered. Ms. Shay was very nice and tried to resolve my experience with a free meal. I kindly told her no, I just want you to address your employees customer service because that was very rude and unacceptable. I hope she does address this with that employee. And hope she can provide a better service with others. Ms Shay customer service was a 5 unfortunately the other young lady was a 0.

Man dressed as woman taking orders will deny you service for correcting him.made a 3 dollar breakfast meal into Mpd being called for a person who bring their feelings to work using their job to scrutinize people when business is scarce.You will see no cars hardly or employee cars on the parking lot business hours the full day. Went to this Wendy's today and ordered a Biggie bag with baked potato. Took baked potato out of bag and smelled like straight old garbage. Cant believe I was actually served this like very disgusted with what occured today not to mention my burger was cold and seem like it was sitting for two hours as well
