This is the worst Wendy's ever and it needs to be closed down the customer service is horrible the management is incompetent the food was over cooked and i ordered it on the mobile app and when i arrived i had to eait 25 minutes for my food its not being ran professionally

I tried ordering the biggie bag jr bacon cheeseburger meal but when I got to the window the young African American girl was very rude. She told me my meal was 7ish instead of 5ish.. I asked why and her face immediately was an attitude and said the lemonade is a dollar more. When I asked how is that, when I went to Wendy's on popular last week and it wasnt she didn't care to explain and remain with an attitude. I just told her don't worry about my order and before I can ask to speak to manager she already closed (well slammed) the window. I immediately drove off and called and asked to speak with an manager. I expressed to the manager by the name of Shay, what i encountered. Ms. Shay was very nice and tried to resolve my experience with a free meal. I kindly told her no, I just want you to address your employees customer service because that was very rude and unacceptable. I hope she does address this with that employee. And hope she can provide a better service with others. Ms Shay customer service was a 5 unfortunately the other young lady was a 0.

Everytime,I mean everytime I come here they out of somthing that I'm ordering...I will let weeks go by thinking okay,they got what I want today,but nope it's always the same thing,they out...They get mad at you when u pull up to the window to pay,and they make u bagg back to scrap that Damn pan across the lot,today I wasn't bagging back to help them manipulate the timer,so guess what they did...Never came back to the window,so I sat there and sat there and sat there to where the customer behind me was leaving,they losing more money...After 15 min I left and will never return to this ghetto azz Wendy's

Food was good,.... We can do without the attitude from the drive though young lady, dark skin about 5"8 medium built. We understand that you're having a bad day but please always keep it professional. And you didn't have to shove ketchup in my hands just because you're angry about being in the window.
