Terrible 2:30 manager nobody who works here has critical thinking skills uneducated and underpaid. food old . They don't read details on orders. Literally give your order to anybody and when you dont receive it they refuse to remake it. Very Rude. And hate their jobs. Hate their life. And hate smelling like burgers going home. ABSOLUTLEY no passion about what they do !!!

Come In to get a door dash order I went up and asked if they had an order for my customers name and the woman in the front counter just had an ugly attitude I have a job todo and I was just letting them know I was here not trying to rush them there’s absolutely no reason to be rude! Waited 5 mins before I even said anything because no one greeted me and was at the counter!

The lady working drive-thru with the short, soft blonde curls made my day. From the time she came on the speaker to when she handed my receipt, she just exuded warmth & & vibrance.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant. My experience was unprofessional, careless, and deeply disappointing.
I specifically ordered a $5 Biggie Bag with a Chicken BLT, but instead, I was given a bacon cheeseburger. The fries I received were old and clearly not fresh. To make matters worse, the chicken nuggets were carelessly tossed upside down in the bag. Adding to my frustration, I was not given a receipt for my order. Unfortunately, I only realized these issues once I made it all the way home, which made it impossible to immediately correct the mistakes.
The lack of professionalism extended to the customer service I encountered. The workers who handed me my food did not greet me, acknowledge me, or say a single word throughout the transaction. This silence, combined with the incorrect and poorly handled order, left me feeling disrespected and disregarded as a customer.
I am both angry and disgusted with the level of service I received. This experience was unacceptable, and I expect immediate corrective action to ensure that other paying customers do not have to endure the same.
Pull up at 10:40 and they tell me they only saling biggie bags totally unexpected

My food was fresh so that was good but the wait time for them to come take my order was so long then when she got on the speaker she had a attitude like I didn’t tell y’all to come work here and very rude I just cut my order short because she was getting smart and cutting me off like is that it is that it like can I finish then I was trying to ask for a straw and she didn’t even acknowledge me she just threw me my food yes threw me my food so Wendy’s on Covington pike by Walmart I will not be coming back ever again

The frosty fusions are pretty good honestly and I had the vanilla with caramel crunch. The line as always moved fast and was not that long
