Wish I had zero stars!!
Absolutely awful! Horrible customer service!
Horrible attitude! Bad morale! I stood in line for 16 minutes not one person spoke to me. Another woman had the wrong order and they were just ugly to her!

The place was nasty. Water was dripping from a vent onto another guy behind us.
Not recommended!

Went there today went inside because there was only 2 people in their I was told that if I wasn't doing door dash or mobile order I had to go to the drive thu. So that was a inconvenient got in line one place my order pull up to the window one person takes my money a different person gives me my food and a different person gives me my chance and and all three had a attitude and no one said thank you or come again

I ordered a Dave's double with everything except onion, 2 chili cheese fries, a Dave's single no lettuce and no ketchup, 2 large bowls of chili, a large cherry coke and a large Dr pepper using the mobile app to pickup in the drive thru. When I got home with my order, everything was correct except for the 2 chili cheese fries which was missing the cheese, and the Dave's double had onion on it. I understand if they were out of shredded cheese, but when a customer asked for something to be removed from a hamburger, it could be that the customer or someone in the customer's family is allergic to that particular item. I normally don't have any issues with this location getting my oder correct. Management needs to make the staff aware of food allergies and the staff needs to pay closer attention to what is ordered. Luckily I removed the onion from the hamburger before my son had eaten it. Please be more careful in the future

Employees have no knowledge of customer service. Very slow and put forth little to no effort. The simple task of seeing a valid coupon but still not accepting it and expecting the customer to understand.
