Was one of two or three people in the store, I placed my order at 10:56, and waited until 11:21 before we received my food, 4 people had walked in after me with equal, or bigger orders and received their food first. When the food arrived the burger was on a regular bun instead of a brioche bun like I specified and I was never Informed when they had multiple opportunities. They blamed it on the biscuit taking so long but the only reason we ordered late was because we waited in line and the cashier walked off and we waited almost 10 minutes and gave up and ordered on the kiosk. When the food came out the fries were gray and the food was some of the worst i’ve ever gotten. I used to work fast food and if we had them wait 15 minutes we would have been talked to and they would have been offered a full refund or a gift card, but we received nothing until we flat out asked, and they only refunded us for the burger with the wrong bun instead of the whole order. Will never come back here or any whataburger again, completely unacceptable.

I ordered it through Doordash so I wouldn't go out late at night. The food arrived and looked good but unfortunately it was all raw. I leave you the video, who would want to eat in a place like this? So much waiting for everything to be sold wrong.

Food is usually good but the services is slower than a turtle your better off going inside than through the drive thru you'll be able to plan a whole wedding by the time they give you the food

food tastes excellent, but the management, as of late, is terrible. a line with only a few people in it takes 30+ minutes to get out of. not only that, but the sides are sometimes fresh and hot, but are ice cold other times.
if the service is improved I'll change the review, because the food is nice.

I asked for my order through the Drive through and for the drinks I asked for rootbeer and when I got to the window she repeated my order and told me that my drinks were Dr papper and I told her no, it was rootbeer and she ignored me and didn't change them

This location has one of the slowest drive thru ever. My dog was able to vomit and poop in my car and I was able to clean all of it, while waiting in line for my food. I know better now to not go there ever if I am needing to get someone where on time.
