Service is very lacking. Waited 25 minutes before giving up on my order and getting a refund (I hope). I was the only one in the place. Enter and no one is at the counter. No one greeting and welcoming you to the establishment. A self-order kiosk has to be used. One employee finally greeted me with “What’s wrong?” after I tried to get someone’s attention at the 10 minute mark. I was told it will be right out. Wrong! At 20 minutes of waiting a much nicer employee saw me as the only customer in the place. She asked how’s it going and I told her it’s now 20 minutes I’ve been waiting. She said it will be right out. Wrong! At 25 minutes enough is enough. I needed to go. I get what appears to be a refund to my card (I hope) and left. Not impressed at all with my experience with Whataburger on Winchester Road.

Yall make sure you're checking your orders. Every time I come to this specific location they make the sweet and spicy bacon burger wrong. Why am I only getting one patty and all this mustard with cold fries? This location ruins the experience every time. I'll stick with Southaven.

This location the young lady who took are order was very low on the speaker she didn't ask did we want upsized she just assumed. The food was good and hot but I want be back to that location anymore I'll drive the 15mins to the one in mississippi

I will never go here again. I liked breakfast here but it is not worth the time or effort to even come here. You are either going to wait 30-45 minutes for an order or if it does come out on time, the order is wrong. Either items are left off or you get something you didn't order at all!

I decided to try this location again. This is my second time here my first time the food was pretty good. It was fresh and hot and I got my food right away. I decided to go today, the same girl at the window, but with a nasty attitude this time I specifically told her no cheese, but why does my order have cheese just ridiculous so I get to the window she’s taking forever prepping the drinks and completing the sale and then she tells me can you pull up The car behind you order ready so you need to pull up I asked about how long is my order is going to take She said I don’t know you need to pull up The car behind you had some type of online order. It was more so the way she said it in the way that I started to respond to her that made the situation ugly. so guess what? I most definitely would not eat here again not at any location. I don’t understand why people are so rude. I just feel like customer service is not included in training anymore, but she was about to get a lesson today.

This was the first time I have tried Whataburger. The building looks great, parking lot was clean including the landscape. The restaurant was clean, neat. It was busy, but the lines were moving fast. I ordered the Bacon ? Blaze Jalapeno Double, Loaded with jalapenos, smoky bacon and aged cheddar cheese ?. The Manager by the name of Yolanda took my order. She was very professional and friendly, she also helped me to redeem the reward that was emailed to me. I didn't know that they bring your food out to you when it is ready, I really appreciated and like that. I was given the choice of two types of ketchup, regular and spicy ?, I selected to try the whataburger spicy ? jalapeno ketchup it was very good. This will not be my last time going here.

Worst customer service. Ordered online, still had to wait 30 minutes at the store. Got no help while every other customer who came in after me received their order. Waste of time don't go here. Literally watched the employees make their own food before I received mine

I didn’t have high expectations for the customer service at this location, but they’re not even meeting the bare minimum. I was stuck in drive-thru lane #2 for quite a while, only to be told through the speaker that the lane wasn’t open because no one was available to take orders. I then had to rejoin lane one and wait even longer. How hard would it be to simply place a few cones to block off a non-functional lane? Great idea, right?

This has to be the absolute worst service we've ever experienced by the laziest people in TN. We pulled into the drive thru around 6:30am. There were 2 cars ahead of us. The trouble begins at the speaker. It took forever to be addressed. Okay, fine. It's early. They are probably short staffed. When she did finally ask for our order, she was far too concerned with speaking to her coworker. All that being said, the order was eventually taken. It even appeared to be correct! Score a point for this team! Then the waiting begins. Oh, there will be waiting. After 25 minutes, the 2 cars in front of us were finally served. We get to the window. We're handed our drinks and pay. We'll, now we are stuck. They have our money. We can't free ourselves. After another 20 MINUTES, the worker comes to the windows and asks us to confirm our order.....again. During all this, we see no one. Must have been a staff meeting. To clarify, there were at least 3 people working. After all this, we FINALLY get our food. Oh, the food. We order 4 breakfast Taquitos; 2 bacon with cheese / 2 sausage. We received what were clearly yesterday's leftovers. Now, why I don't love this, if you're going to serve me day old food, I would at least expect it to be quick. The Taquitos were all sausage. They added bacon to 2 of them and cheese to all of them. The cheese never touched heat; completely not melted. The tortillas were grilled, I guess. I've never eaten a breakfast Taquito in a crunchy tortilla; wouldn't recommend. Speaking of, those tortillas flaked EVERYWHERE. We had to pull over to dust off. If working at Whataburger is too mentally strenuous, Dollar Tree is probably hiring.

We went for lunch on a weekday. This place was a disaster. The inside was dirty. The employees didn't know how to bring out your food or what number you had. The didn't bring out the tray to offer the condiments. The soda machines had multiple selections out. Someone made coffee in the tea machine so you got coffee/tea mixed if you tired that. The food was brought out late and cold... Just a freaking disaster. Choose another location.
