Very good. Few minutes wait but onion rings and fries were hot and fresh. Everything was still hot by the time I walked to my hotel room to enjoy my dinner.

I won't recommend going at night I pulled in drive thru and she greeted me and I asked could she hold for 1 sec so she goes ahead and take the other side order took about 6 mins on that. So when she answered my side I asked why would she do that I only asked for 1 second. She proceeded to say I can't hold on I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO VERY SMART MOUTHED I ASKED FOR HER NAME IS SHE APPLIED I DON'T HAVE TO GIVE YOU MY NAME AND MY MANAGER SAID NOT TO SERVE YOU... She was a Hispanic girl it was on 1/18/26 around 230am... I contacted corporate no anyone has gotten back with me... This place is very unprofessional.. Its very sad you have to go out of your way to get good service.

This is the worst location in Memphis I came yesterday around 4pm it already took the young lady 15 minutes to come to the speaker then once she took my order I waited so long in line I didn’t even want the food anymore . I drove off and many other cars too the wait time to long .
