1st they are very slow. It takes to long to get your food and sometimes to place an order. It's clean inside but nothing special. The employees where nice. But still slow

Fast food places will give you old food and get pissed when you try to get a replacement. The integrity of these places vs their bottom line (profit) is laughable. Screw me and my hard earned money. Take what we give you and be happy. I'm not happy, and won't be back.

I have enjoyed my eating experience here each and every time so far. It's never been too crowded, excellent service from all the employees and Management Staff. Restroom, Parking Lot and Inside The Store are always nice and clean. Cashier on my last visit not only taking orders from the Customers, but in down time was making sure the Lobby was staying clean. Drive Thru seem to be working as fast as Humanely possible. Thanks for the Great Experience, Can't wait to try the App and gain some points.

My favorite fast food place to go to. Service can be iffy but if there is ever a negative instance, they are more than willing to make up for it. Food is always good and haven't been disappointed by it yet.
Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes to pick up an online order - trapped in or else would have left. If you’re prepared to wait an hour for so-so food, this is the place.

Husband and I went here with some friends. We ordered our food and sat down waiting for our order. Half the people in our group that ordered before we did got their food. Everyone else that had ordered AFTER we did got their food. WE WAITED AND EVEN COMPLAINED TWICE about not receiving our order. WAITED 45 MINUTES AND GOT OUR MONEY BACK, ended up going to a different place to eat. Will not come back!!

This has to be the worse Whataburger of all franchises, on Tuesday at 5;00 to 6:00 no one is answering the drive thru line. It is cars there but no one is obviously working and this happens every Tuesday. Also, on Wednesday the employees are on there phones making food, and taking money ...not even sure if they are changing their gloves before making food. Which is cross contamination and absolutely disgusting, every employee in this restaurant needs to be re trained immediately.
