I just wanted to say that Sherm, who was working the order counter at the time I arrived l does an excellent job! I had gone to this location with an free burger offer I got on Beale Street. H1e kept trying to find it but couldn't bring it up in the register. He asked me to follow him and took me to find the manager who was outside and explained the situation The manager said I was there a Beale Street so go ahead and give him his Burger. Sherm made sure I got my food and had an excellent attitude at all times! I'll be sure to stop by this location whenever I need some food. Thanks Sherm!

I went thru the drive thru on 11/19/2025 @ about 1:04pm and asked for a chocolate shake. This is the worst chocolate shake I've ever tasted. There was nothing about this shake that had chocolate in it. This shake should have been given to the ICE agents who were giving them problems when we went back and got another ReTaRdEd chocolate shake. They need to throw their chocolate shake machine across the border cuz I know Mexico can have that machine spitting out true chocolate shakes. Worst chocolate experience I've ever had.

Food is good with a nice variety. Service is extremely slow. It's so bad that the drive-thru is a parking lot, all cars are parked and cut off. Be prepared to spend 30 to 45 minutes in line.

This place's drive thru is a joke!! I just waited 30 minutes only to be put on the back burner when they decided to resume taking orders. They got two lanes for nothing. It doesn't speed anything up and the cashier didn't even switch between the two to take orders!!!! This would've been my first eating experience here but I guess I'll never know...especially at this one!!!!!
