I ordered Triple J 5 wings combo. When I get my wings, I usually grab one and eat it otw to my house, which is about 6 minutes away. I bit into a wing and it was the wrist that I've had. It seems like they allowed the wings to be dried or over fried. I even reached out via email and asked for someone to contact me but no one contacted me. While waiting on my wings, I thought I could get my cup and sip on a drink but she said I couldn't get my cup until I got the rest of my order. Then when she gave me my cup, she beat me to the lemonade and was fixing to take it; i let her know that i wanted the rest of it. I've had other great times that my food has come out very good but this time made me not want to visit again. I had my mouth set on those wings. People complain that they are costly but I didn't care up until that day. The service wasn't pleasant.

I typically purchase my wings from the Wing Guru on Mt. Moriah, where the customer service is always excellent, and the food is consistently great. However, my experience at the Whitehaven location today was disappointing. I placed my order online and paid using Apple Pay. Upon arrival, I was asked to present my card and ID. I explained to the cashier that I used Apple Pay, but she insisted on seeing the 4-digit Apple Pay number and my ID. Despite showing her the transaction on my phone and presenting my driver's license, she still demanded my card number, which I was unwilling to provide for security reasons. The cashier's attitude felt unnecessarily confrontational, especially considering it was for a $22 meal. The process made me feel uncomfortable and as though I was being treated like a criminal. I believe the Whitehaven location could benefit from significant improvements in their customer service practices to ensure a more pleasant and respectful experience for their customers. (I wish I could share a screenshot of my emailed receipt to confirm my visit to the Whitehaven location.)

Hey y’all today at 11:30Am to the wing guru to get lunch I had ordered Boneless wing Memphis Dry heat first timer y’all the staff was very welcoming helpful and on time with food no about the food oh my the flavor there heat garlicky Cajun right on and juice Go to my room bring her here. She ain’t well. I’m gonna go see on the floor. Big daddy said potty in his room he want you out with homemade ranch sauce Generous amount of season Crinkled fries When i left she was so kind telling baby you be back for sure I will I have told every one I work with .

I just want to start off by saying the food is always good to me. My issue is with one particular cashier every time I come to this establishment. I was coming here at least 2x a week despite the prices and because I really enjoy the food. But this one cashier, Judy, has got the worst attitude and is rude every time I come here. I understand policy on showing my id and card which I have no issue doing but to bark at me to do it when it’s already ready and out is ridiculous. Keep her in the back or something.

Today was my first time trying this place and my last time , I ordered 10 piece party wings wit lemon pepper hot and i asked for them to be fried hard , they were soft and soggy and not to mention i only got 10 wings and my total was 18.22

So this was my first time trying this place and we’ll be the last !!! I went in at 8:15 pm to place a Togo order for 5 pieces whole wings and I was told by the Cashier they only serving party wings right now cause that what the Cooks said than she stated we close at 9:00 , next the price of the board says a 10 piece party wings cost $14.99 but on the receipt it’s $15.61 plus 0.99 for any flavor . After receiving my wings I tasted them hot and fresh they were but tasted plain with sauce on them

We received old wings & fish. My sis and I ordered. She ordered a 20 piece and I ordered a 10pc. All of us got very sick. The fish taste very fishy and the wings was gummy and covered in a whole bottle of sauce! I highly do not recommend location (Millington) :)

The food was pretty good I just don't understand when I placed my order in the restaurant I was told I couldn't get my cup until my order was ready I understand they want to watch spillage but that is going to far and being petty for as high as the food is here that is ridiculous I definitely will not be returning to any wing guru!

It shouldn’t be so difficult to do business with you guys. Y’all answer the phone half the time, stop taking orders whenever, won’t take an order without somebody paying first while I’m driving trying to place my order over the phone.

They did not disappoint ‼️‼️? first time eating there and I loved the sauces and freshness of chicken.. no fries wit meals but it was still worth the extra ?

Wings were hot but they were fried to hard the day time cook need some coaching kind of look like they were refried and I ordered lemon pepper the seasoning on the wings look like it was just put together I would never order lemon pepper wings from them again everybody can not cook
