I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Wing Guru Whitehaven location! I was there as a private chauffeur for an event and couldn’t leave my vehicle. Despite that, the wonderful staff, especially a young lady named Red, went above and beyond. She took my order and recommended the honey gold wings, which were out of this world! The wings were cooked to perfection, the fries were seasoned just right, and the service was impeccable. If I could give more than five stars, I would! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for amazing wings and outstanding service. Kudos to the team!

Jst plain old nasty the wings was very fatty sauce was so terrible I will never never ever eat here again they was out of ice only thing was good was the fries 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

The wing were generously seasoned and prepared. Served hot and I could barely resist taking a bite of the food due to
the aroma. Definitely coming back over and over!

Awesome sauce wings! And the guru dill rocked!

They had a live band when i went and it was great.

I have ordered here at least 4 about to be 5 in less than 3 weeks. Fried catfish delicious as well as their guru gold wings. It’s a 10 out of 10.

Man look, I've traveled the county. I eat food from the north, south, east, and the west.... this place has some badass wings!! The fries were awesome too!! The atmosphere seems pretty family oriented. It was casual and nice. Idk if it was the owner or manager but a lady walked in and offered me a drink. That was pretty nice. The lady that took my order was a sweetheart too!! Maybe it was the owners daughters....idk...they sure acted that way. I highly recommend this place. The chicken is fkn great!! Thank you guys....i mean ladies..... I'll definitely be back a few times a week!!

Went in as a new customer. Want to buy 4 wings to see if I liked them. The clerk said we do not sell less than 10 @ 15.99. Again, I said, I want to see if I like them. She :irritated. Snapped" said it 15.99 for 10, that it.

I ordered Triple J 5 wings combo. When I get my wings, I usually grab one and eat it otw to my house, which is about 6 minutes away. I bit into a wing and it was the wrist that I've had. It seems like they allowed the wings to be dried or over fried. I even reached out via email and asked for someone to contact me but no one contacted me. While waiting on my wings, I thought I could get my cup and sip on a drink but she said I couldn't get my cup until I got the rest of my order. Then when she gave me my cup, she beat me to the lemonade and was fixing to take it; i let her know that i wanted the rest of it. I've had other great times that my food has come out very good but this time made me not want to visit again. I had my mouth set on those wings. People complain that they are costly but I didn't care up until that day. The service wasn't pleasant.

I typically purchase my wings from the Wing Guru on Mt. Moriah, where the customer service is always excellent, and the food is consistently great. However, my experience at the Whitehaven location today was disappointing. I placed my order online and paid using Apple Pay. Upon arrival, I was asked to present my card and ID. I explained to the cashier that I used Apple Pay, but she insisted on seeing the 4-digit Apple Pay number and my ID. Despite showing her the transaction on my phone and presenting my driver's license, she still demanded my card number, which I was unwilling to provide for security reasons. The cashier's attitude felt unnecessarily confrontational, especially considering it was for a $22 meal. The process made me feel uncomfortable and as though I was being treated like a criminal. I believe the Whitehaven location could benefit from significant improvements in their customer service practices to ensure a more pleasant and respectful experience for their customers. (I wish I could share a screenshot of my emailed receipt to confirm my visit to the Whitehaven location.)

Hey y’all today at 11:30Am to the wing guru to get lunch I had ordered Boneless wing Memphis Dry heat first timer y’all the staff was very welcoming helpful and on time with food no about the food oh my the flavor there heat garlicky Cajun right on and juice Go to my room bring her here. She ain’t well. I’m gonna go see on the floor. Big daddy said potty in his room he want you out with homemade ranch sauce Generous amount of season Crinkled fries When i left she was so kind telling baby you be back for sure I will I have told every one I work with .
