Wish I didn’t have to leave a star. This place is trash and need to shut down. I ordered food from here July 2nd and the cancelled my order at 12:50am after I ordered it at 11pm. I still haven’t received my refund of $55 dollars yet and I have called and called about my money and nothing has been resolved. The manager is disrespectful and unprofessional. Worst wing stop in Memphis!!!!! It’s July 19th now you do the math!!!

Unprofessional staff including the manager on duty Tuesday July 15th. I placed an order, however something came up at work. I immediately called the store. I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes, and no one came back to the phone. I tried calling 3 more times and a guy would pick up but not acknowledge the call.

This is the worst store ever. Employees are either arguing or playing. They always never have orders ready. They was arguing today in the kitchen. The big girl with glasses on has a very loud an foul mouth. I'm not understanding how they are still in business. The store needs to be shut down. They always come from parking lot smelling like weed. This store is horrible

Customer service is very rude. Had a problem when I asked for my chicken fried hard. Asked for a manager but she was scared to come from the back but doing all that big talk behind the wall. Then I notice she started sweeping in the back but refuse to come to front counter to assist customers.

I travel for work all over the U.S. and order Wingstop everywhere probably weekly and Memphis you did me proud! I was born and raised here. The wings at this location were on point, crispy and sauced to perfection. Someone in that back kitchen loves their wings and takes pride in their job. The woman running the front was amazing. She looked at my order on the receipt and checked my bag to make sure everything was in there before I walked out. To the woman working Tuesday may 6th around 6:15 you are amazing. It's crazy how you can go to the same restaurant all over the country and it's cooked differently. Not cool.

Went there and they told me it'd be about 20 to 25 minutes so I went to another place ordered the food got a bag and went there it took another 25 minutes to get the food from there

This location needs some serious help from ownership and/new management. 1. It was so loud inside. The cashier said 'what', 'what was that', 'can you get closer to the mic', 'what you say'. How many times are supposed to repeat yourself. Turn down the dang music. 2. I ordered 6 piece wing combo. Asked for a mix of hot and lemon pepper. She says you want 3 hot/3 lemon pepper. I say no no, I want them mixed together all 6. She says ok and says she got it. Get my wings and there are 3 hot and 3 lemon pepper. :( 3. I asked for the $1.99 cheese sauce. She rings up $4.99 cheese fries instead. We ordered combos. Just wanted some cheese sauce. 4. Son ordered 3 tender combo. There was sooo much parmesean it made the entire thing dry. Son took a bite and didn't eat anymore. 5. No ice. We were told the drinks where cold as is. They weren't. Someone went to the back and got some ice.
Most of this could have been alleviated if the cashier could actually hear anything. That was wild. Wont be going to this location again.
