This is the second bad experience I've had with this location. On this last order I was missing 10 piece wing and a fry. They food that arrive was cold and thrown together. The honey hot rub tenders were very oily. The manager offered a 10 piece combo as she was not able to process a refund.

I placed an online order that stated it would be ready within 15-20 mins. When I got the I waited an additional 40 mins. I ordered 20 boneless wings in different 4 sauces. One flavor was fine but the other 3 had my wings tasted like they were coated in oil. No flavor at all, disgusting. I'm not sure if they have to stir the wet season mixes but they should try harder.

I’ve been to this location a few times after 3pm and the service is very slow . It takes well over an hour to receive the food and each time it’s been overcooked, overly seasoned and just thrown together.
