Ratchet is the word to describe this place. They all look dusty and unkempt. Then they only start on your order when you arrive. Unless you arrive 30 min after it was supposed to be done will you get your order as soon as you walk in. Plus they don’t know how to make sure the chicken is actually cooked. You can’t look at the wings and tell they weren’t done. If I could tell, I know they could. They are trifling and I won’t be back. Seems like there are no good wingstops in Memphis, not that it’s surprising giving the quality of ppl they hire.

This is the closest Wingstop to me and I’m disappointed every time I go! Only been four times and I always think the next trip will be better ! The wings are trash , no seasoning just sauce , fries are cold before you make it back to your car ! The people that work there are unprofessional. It sucks 💯

Food is obviously delicious, but food takes more than double to be handed to you that expected. Wingstop app said 20 min and I waited. 45 minutes. I told them my order name and they didn’t even bothered to give me an update of even look at the tickets in the kitchen.

The food is amazing but the speed of service and hospitality is suffering. Employees are literally standing around having personal conversations, one employee looked me dead in the eyes and would not assist with taking my order. I literally had to ask for someone to take my order

This establishment has missed something from my order before and I’m highly annoyed. I ordered a 6 pc wing meal with fires, corn and a brownie. Imagine my dissatisfaction when I make it all the way home…devoured the great food and reached down into my bag and felt nothing but bag…do better or quit your job if y’all aren’t gonna do it right.

I was either handed the wrong order or they made my order wrong, but I had gotten home and called about it. I got told to come in the next day and say my name. I come in after work the next day and tried to explain the situation but got interrupted and dude at the front had the nerve to argue with me for some reason so definitely not coming here again.

I recently placed a pickup order through the Wingstop app, and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. First, I received the wrong order — I had specifically ordered Mango Habanero seasoned tenders, but was given Cajun seasoned tenders instead.

What was even more concerning was that my package wasn’t sealed at all, while I saw every other customer’s order properly sealed and handled with care. This is a serious issue when it comes to food safety and quality control.

To make matters worse, the cashier on duty, Markie, treated me with clear disrespect. As an Indian customer, I felt singled out — he was courteous and respectful toward others but seemed dismissive and indifferent toward me. His lack of basic courtesy and the fact that my order alone was left unsealed left me feeling hurt and unwelcome.

This experience felt discriminatory and completely unacceptable. I hope Wingstop takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the quality control and the behavior of staff to ensure every customer is treated with respect and dignity.
