Ordered through doordash for a pickup and they took over two hours to make my order. The staff was completely rude and did not treat anyone with respect. The manager needs to fire the last shift staff and restart. They are on the phones and laughing in the face of frustrated customers. GO TO BARTLETT OR GERMANTOWN ONLY!!!

Well, Good wings @ an expensive price and very good taste but the price is too high. I've been disappointed too many times. Also I was told a few times no call in orders, go online and I do not pay up front for Anything that I can't see first and I do mean Anything! Lol. Let's just enjoy life because life is too short and we all gonna die from something one day. God Bless You.

The young lady at the counter was sweet. The food was subpar...I asked for all flats and they were crammed on top of each other in a baby box. I heard them screaming hot fries coming out but when I got mine they were barely warm. I'm glad they have fun at work though but will definitely have to do better in preparation. I asked for well done chicken and it was soggy. Didn't even feel like going back just popped it in the air fryer. Hopefully I go back and give them another shot. Get it together guys.
