Just close this location down. They never have your order ready on time and when an order is ready it's wrong. I've tried them on several occasions and the order is always wrong no matter the wing quantity. As far timing goes I ordered and got a notification saying the order would be ready in 16-21 minutes. I arrive at the store 20 minutes later and the young lady at the front literally dropped the wings after I told her I was there to pick up. So I had to wait another 20 minutes.

It was my first time ordering from this location. The wings were well-made with mango habanero sauce and Spicy Korean sauce. Chicken tenders with Atomic sauce. Cajun corns, and Chicken Sandwich. Everything was good and well packaging.

This restaurant deserves ZERO 0️⃣ stars!!!!!! The restaurant need to be shut down. My husband waited almost 1 hr for a 20piece after employees take your money your food come out whenever it’s convenient for them! Food is NEVER FRESH when you order over the phone & going inside to order is HORRIBLE!!!! Today will be my last day spending money with them.

I ordered my food online that told me my order would be ready between 16 and 21 minutes. 40 minutes have passed and I was was told I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. It did not appear to busy in the store. The employees have a nonchalant attitude about getting orders out in a timely manner.

By far the worst service we ever had. We just came from main event & was hungry so we decided to get some wingstop. Worst mistake.. we waited 50 minutes in total. Workers kept walking out the kitchen to be on their phone and was skipped multiple times. It seemed like the workers didn’t know what they were doing. We asked for extra wings for the delay & was told they could upsize our fries for a large. Our fries were already supposed to be a large so all they suggested was extra ranch! On top of that half of our wings were the wrong flavor & were cold.
I don’t know how corporate has done nothing to make this place better. The reviews alone should be a wake up call! Worst Wingstop in this country

This was the worst experience of my life.. after waiting 30 mins on my food the little slow cashier gave my food to another customer.. I asked how much longer on my food only for my food to come back in the door in the hands of someone else the worker then proceeded to give me the bag after it left the building .. um no mam I need my order to be remade.. I waited about 15 more minutes and my order was ready but when I tell you my boneless wings was so hard they didn’t even have chicken in the inside..i then asked for a manager I was told he was in the back and was coming ..10 mins later no manager.. to make a long story short I never saw the manager there was a black man that made me aware he wasn’t fixing my order or wasn’t going to refund me and told me I had to leave he was very unprofessional.. he also called the police.. once the police got there they did get him to refund me my money.. I will never ever patronize such a sorry establishment I advise you not to either.

Terrible, Salty, Hard and Cold!!! Worst food I had this year!! I would eat Okra before I go back there again. If you don't have High Blood Pressure, you will when you leave. Who allows their staff to serve food like that? (Cordova, TN 38016) The only reason you get 1 Star is because I don't see a ZERO. The Corporate office should be made to go there and eat!! MONEY WASTED!!!
