Food is always great. But I.had a coupon with them for a free 10 piece wings with an online ordered. They did not honored the coupon nor it went through on line.

I ordered my food online I waited 2 hours the manager with dreads so rude told me he was gonna call the police on me he then said they ran out of wings they still never gave me a refund I spent 30 food still was wrong wen it came out I will never go back to this location very rude and very unprofessional

I was attacked outside this Wingstop. Accused of stealing, yelled at and harassed by Damon. He has no buisness in leadership. He immediately lost it when I told him I was gonna write this review and started asking for my boss’ name cause I work nearby… again I didn’t steal anything or do anything to justify this attack, next time Damon comes crazy at me like that he will be leaving in a police car… DO NOT EAT HERE, THEY HAVE ROACHES, illegally pour grease down their drains causing horribly smelly backups in the restaurant it’s a disaster and after all that Damon will attack you for being a patron of his disgusting restaurant

Disappointed by Unfair Treatment at This Location
I visited this Wingstop location on [11/10/2025] around 10:00 PM. When I walked in to place a takeout order, the woman at the register told me they were “not accepting walk-in orders.” However, within a few minutes, I personally saw two white customers and one black customer walk in after me and their walk-in orders were accepted without any issue.
Feeling uncomfortable, I placed my order through DoorDash, which was accepted immediately. To double-check, I even called the same store afterward, and another employee confirmed they were accepting walk-in orders at that time.
As a customer of Indian origin, I felt I was treated unfairly and possibly discriminated against. This kind of experience is deeply disappointing and should be addressed by store management.
I hope Wingstop reviews this incident seriously and provides better training to ensure all customers are treated equally and respectfully.

Management is terrible, they all have attitudes and were cussing when my daughter and I walked into the restaurant. Only two people were in the kitchen and they weren’t even paying attention it took them 10 minutes to notice me. I will never spend any money or bring my family here again this is ridiculous!! People who are not willing to work should not have a job.!

I went to go get some wings and the young lady told me that it was going t be a thirty five minute wait because they had a order of a hundred and fifty wings to get out that has nothing to do with customers coming in trying to place an order because you have other orders I went back to my truck and sat there for a few minutes and another lady walked in and placed a order and I got out my truck to see if I could place one and I did but told me at first it was a thirty five minute wait wing stop on Winchester Rd
