Just horrible! I see why they have one of their employees lock up smh whoever the fat guy with the glasses that is working on August 30, 2025 at 12:00 this afternoon on the cash register needs more training on professionalism and overall good customer service skills. I came in to pick up a doordash order and he was the rudest person I have ever met. If you don't like working fast food find another job, this place is absolutely ridiculous. I would never eat wings from them ...with their inconsiderate and rude attitude. Make people want to call corporate and the Better Business Bureau...I would rate this place a negative zero.

I would not recommend the service sucks, the wait is always excessive! How are we ordering and arriving on time to pick up our order and still having to wait and additional 20 or 30 minutes.

Order place at 6:50pm. Did not get food till 8pm. Would have walked out but food was paid for online. No supervision. Workers moving with zero urgency. If they worked for me they would have all been fired.

I’m a doordasher and I dash at this Wingstop location often.. the staff is very unprofessional there’s always a lot of horse playing , screaming with the employees some of rye employees are very rude towards customers in the lobby , my customers either have cold or missing items in the bag I’m not allowed to open the bags either do to DoorDash policy

The store was opened on time. The crew was friendly, everyone uniform was nice and clean. The food was hot and fresh. I would definitely come back to this location.

Placed an order online and it was picked up by a DoorDash driver. Less than 5 min. later the order was cancelled by the driver. When I called the store, I spoke to the manager and she recooked my order and personally delivered it to me. I was very grateful since I had just had surgery and couldn't drive. Will always have a customer with me. ❤️

Why do I have to wait 45 minutes for to two sides of ranch and why does no one in the kitchen use hair nets smh..
The wings had very little meat and were overcooked, the fries were soggy and had too much seasoning, and the bbq tenders were bluh. I also felt sick immediately after eating it. Would not recommend.

Workers are lazy and take over an hour to cook your order. Went in today to pick up and wasn’t greeted (that’s fine but after I speak I expect someone to say something) a massive sized worker was actually sitting on the front counter and then turned around to a lady in the back and said “you can take her order”. WHY DO YOU HAVE A JOB???

Worst restaurant ever and worst team member ever they dont care about nothing i ordered the 40 piece chicken wings and i got 15 and i called and they told me they will do nothing about it and left me on hold I spent $100 and i got food for $20 !!!!! And they left me on hold for an hour and a half
