We paid about $70 for wings at King’s Wings / Stock Day Wings Experts, but they were missing from our order. When we returned with the receipt, the staff laughed among themselves and asked for the bag, which they kept. They refused to refund or replace the food. When I started recording for my safety, one of the employees laughed, which was very disrespectful. We only want to resolve this issue properly. We have evidence of our visit, including a short video showing our presence in the restaurant, the receipt, and the bag. We would appreciate a prompt response and resolution. I have more evidence but it won't let me upload the videos. I have a 7.5-minute video and a 3-minute one because I didn't record when they left me waiting. It took an hour for them to talk and in the end they didn't give me anything, just told me to write my number and name on a piece of paper without any information. I was on my way in Kroger when I noticed this location was finally open. I ordered 10pc combo garlic pamesan and my wings had no flavor. This was my first time trying wingstop, I've heard good things about the food. I think they forgot to add season or sauce to my wings. I had to add bar b q sauce. I was very disappointed. It's to hot and I live to far to take them back.
