This is the second time I have been here and asked for my wings to be fried well done/crispy and get home and there is no crisp at all!!!! I spent 25 dollars on wings I couldn't eat because they wasn't cooked correctly. DONE WITH WINGSTOP!!!!

don’t waste your money here. they messed up my order and on top of that, the chicken was RAW. completely unacceptable and unsafe to eat. i was so disappointed, pls double-check your food if you come here because their quality control clearly isn’t it.

I went to get some chicken from here went home and notice that my chicken wasn’t done. I politely went back to tell them that my chicken wasn’t done. They politely took my chicken dropped it back in the grease and put it back in my tray I was like wow!!!!!!
My food was cold… Soda machine tasted like carbonated water. Told management he preceded to say I was the only one complaining… That was rude..I told him to take the soda off, he said I can only take off $1 and I spent $33…… Will never go there again …..
