Horrible, double charged for the brunch… food came out late, one person never got their food. Champagne flutes were dirty, still had lips on each of them, we asked for plastic cups instead.
Seats worn and tore up, floors were dirty, ladies bathroom dirty, floor was wet!!

PATHETIC!!!!! service horrible, brought out dirty cups...one literally had someone's lip print eith lipstick on it...bottomless is at their disgression....they refill your cup when they get ready...I do mean whenever they get ready & they had a full house...brunch ends at 3 & about 6 of us wanted to catch it for $50, but our order wasn't taken until half way in the hour

II haven’t been to this establishment since it opened. Let’s start with the dude at the door. How my friend walk in 3 mins before me and pay $10 but I’m charged $20? Get to the bar and the bartenders not using the spouts/pourers they are under pouring and charging $15 for a shot. Server was lowkey inattentive and it wasn’t many inside so… but yeah. Get y’all ish together. It’s the principle.

Payed 22$ at the door with no seating !! No chairs at the bar and 19$ for one shot !!! Don’t waste your time!! Spend your money somewhere that will be worth it!! I spent $40 dollars for a horrible experience!! Also bartenders had a horrible attitude! Memphis has better to offer!

Visit to this place was a blast, the atmosphere was great and the dj played hit after hit. The hookahs are pleasurable and the drinks are strong. FELLAS, i would say bring a minimum of $200, between 20% gratuity and no itemized receipts, the wallet will take a beating.
Had a great time. Great waitresses. Pretty much everything went good until one of the security guards and customer/ his home boy trying to break in the bathroom door where my wife was using the restroom. Ladies be careful...

The atmosphere was nice. Ordered our food when we first got there at 6:00 and didn't get till about 7:30ish and they didn't bring everything. Ordered the wings, order of fries and Philly eggrolls. They brought the eggroll.

Horrible service. Server kept going outside and was MIA after we got our food. Hookah went out, glasses were empty and I had to beg someone to find her to pay for our food!!!! And they had the nerve yo charge a 20% service charge! What service?!! Food and drinks, that we got, were great. But don't expect the service to match.
