Everytime I order them I spend my whole lunch break waiting for them to prepare my food after I call in my order 20 to 30 mins ahead of time. They wait until I get there to make my food but everyone else are in and out. One person told me they ordered 10 to 15 minutes after I did but they're food was ready and waiting
