In a world that is always in a rush and quick to complain, I want to give Zaxby's on Union a huge shout-out. The line was wrapped around the building but once you placed your order, pulled up to the window, paid your money, your order was hot and ready. So way to go to go to working it out on this Wednesday.

I came to Zaxby’s today to get me something to eat before going to work. The manager named Cherry took my order and had my order incorrect. I went into the restaurant to get my order corrected only for her to tell me that I had to pay additional money to have my chicken tenders dipped in the Wimpy sauce. When she was the one that took my order and didn’t get it right to begin with. I always order the thing every time that income to Zaxby’s! As a manager she was very unprofessional. Where is the customer service at here? I requested a refund back because I have been inconvenienced twice having to go back into the restaurant because my order wasn’t correct in the first place and then she wanted to charge me extra money to dip my chicken tenders in the wimpy sauce! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! If I could have given them a NO STAR! I would have!

We came here to order a two loaded fries with zax sauce two large drinks and strawberry cheesecake bites we had to wait almost 10 minutes and when got order that did our order wrong putting bbq sauce and ranch on our loaded fries instead of Zax sauce the second time they gave us zax sauce and ranch’s sauce with just chicken cheese and fries no bacon when ask for a refund the manager hesistated and said well there was only one piece of bacon left and proceeded with the refund while the other employees decided to snicker and joke about the situation highly unprofessional and would not be coming back here

The Zaxbys on Madison in Memphis was mediocre at best. The service was rather slow and the person taking my order seemed distracted and more interested in talking to her co workers then taking my order. Then their coke freestyle machine messed up so anytime you needed a refill you had to go to the front counter and wait graciously for someone to see you and hope that they would give you a refill.

To the red haired wig girl who’s working the dine in and taking orders. You need to learn how to focus and listen to what the customer wants and specifically asks for. Learn some etiquette and your job responsibilities before you apply for another job! Absolutely the worst experience EVER! Repeated the order to her 3 times, took the order back to her and repeated the orders 4th time and it’s still wrong! Absolutely ridiculous!

This place is either a hit or miss. You never know if you’ll get fresh food or If you’ll get something that taste like it’s been cooked the night before. Also the prices are to high and they don’t accept cash.
