Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Asked Jayden for a ranch because it was missing out of my bag and he said it’s in the bag I showed him that it wasn’t he grabbed a ranch and threw it down on the counter for me to pick up which is very rude!! Should not be working at the front

My chicken tenders was a #10 but my traditional wings was not so good. They are to big & had to place them in the air fryer 🤦🏽‍♂️. They were nasty, I’ll never, ever buy them again.

Thought this place would be great since it was so busy. But the 3 Dr peppers were all straight carbonation, the tea was watered down, the fries were WAY too salty, they had no idea what drinks went with our order when we pulled up to the window. b/c a whole bunch of drinks were all in a group on a push tray, 2 of the meals were the sauce ones & all the sauces & cookies were mixed up n the bags. There were 2 people, one in front of us that were n the drive thru getting things missed on their order & one that drove up beside us....staff was friendly, but didn't listen very well & seemed over staffed for the time of night, since most weren't doing anything, & so many orders were wrong- don't recommend, especially for the price (4 meals was over $60 & couldn't eat most of it or drink any drinks)!

Order 2 chicken Cobb Salads & I asked for extra chicken on the salad and also paid for it& didn’t receive it. I call to the store & a young man answered the telephone by saying Hello. I asked to speak to a Manager he hung the phone. I called back & asked for a manager & came to the the telephone sounding Unbothered & I began to explain the situation & he cut me off in mid sentence ing . I asked his name & he said K and the letter K. Replied I asked sir what is your name & he said K J & I asked what was the abbreviation of your name or your government name. I asked what was his Mangers name & he replied he couldn’t give that to me. He began to become very sarcastic & saying I’m trying to help you but you want let me. He asked me to put his name or initials on top of the receipt & to come back & get my meal remade. Poor Customer Service is a # priority & most definitely it wasn’t given at the drive through & most definitely not on the telephone. Obviously KJ didn’t want me to speak to anyone but him. I would like for someone from Cooperative to give me a call in reference to this position .

This location is TERRIBLE!!!! I am extremely lactose intolerant and I ordered one of their salads with no cheese when the salad came all looked well until I mixed it and the entire bottom was covered in cheese. It had been hidden under the lettuce and it was obvious it was intentionally done. I was so disgusted the only thing done was they offered a new salad as if I'd EVER trust eating anythin there again. If u have any dietary restrictions this is NOT the place to go. I wish there was an option for negative stars.

So ive gone back to edit my previous bad review from over a year ago because i dont know if theyve changed management and such but this experience was great! From the time i pull up to the drive through i was greeted on the speaker immediately by a very nice and friendly gentleman. Asked for upsales asked for extras and thanked me. Got to the window and the female employee was just as friendly and the best part about this visit was MY ORDER WAS CORRECT 100%!! This maybe had never happened in the past. Usually they always forgot my cole slaw, or sauces and such. This was great! Please keep this up! This visit was 04/30/25 by the way. Thanks!!

Went to the drive t to order food when I made it home and was about to eat the food it had a cockroach I called and spoke with the manager told them about it they didn’t want to help unless I brought back the food back which I was already 20 mins away

I just went to the placed a order at 9:12 The staff told me I needed to pull up to the first parking lot so I did that I was sitting there at least about 30 minutes and I just got home at 10. Her attitude was very bad and she was very rude and it seems like she was mad at me for waiting on my food. She didn’t even had a decency to apologize for me waiting. I had to walk back up to the window and grab my own food.

I visited the Zaxby's on Hackcross Road today. The parking lot was clean including the landscape. The restaurant was clean, neat also. I stopped by to use my birthday reward for 3 chocolate chip cookies. The cashier was friendly and helpful for me to redeem my reward. The cookies were very good. It was a great visit.

These young ass girls really really need to learn common decency and customer service. This isn’t Memphis, but it sure does scream it. We had to ask for all our sauces, and RANCH and they catch an attitude. Especially ole girl with the hat and headphone set on. Messy.

No one reads these, but my boneless wings were tough and cold. Why did i have to wait? For the fries? They were fresh and hot. The young crew was pleasant. I hate fast food cause you never know what you'll get, and it still rings true. Had my mouth set on the wings after trying my friend's wings that were on the stove for three hours. Those were better than these! Can't say im dissapointed, always expect the worst.... maybe they just give the drive thru whatever they can dig up
