Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Went to the drive t to order food when I made it home and was about to eat the food it had a cockroach I called and spoke with the manager told them about it they didn’t want to help unless I brought back the food back which I was already 20 mins away

I just went to the placed a order at 9:12 The staff told me I needed to pull up to the first parking lot so I did that I was sitting there at least about 30 minutes and I just got home at 10. Her attitude was very bad and she was very rude and it seems like she was mad at me for waiting on my food. She didn’t even had a decency to apologize for me waiting. I had to walk back up to the window and grab my own food.

I visited the Zaxby's on Hackcross Road today. The parking lot was clean including the landscape. The restaurant was clean, neat also. I stopped by to use my birthday reward for 3 chocolate chip cookies. The cashier was friendly and helpful for me to redeem my reward. The cookies were very good. It was a great visit.

Always asking for me to pull up to wait for my drive through order. It never fails.
Typically forgoes something important out of my order as well.

These young ass girls really really need to learn common decency and customer service. This isn’t Memphis, but it sure does scream it. We had to ask for all our sauces, and RANCH and they catch an attitude. Especially ole girl with the hat and headphone set on. Messy.

No one reads these, but my boneless wings were tough and cold. Why did i have to wait? For the fries? They were fresh and hot. The young crew was pleasant. I hate fast food cause you never know what you'll get, and it still rings true. Had my mouth set on the wings after trying my friend's wings that were on the stove for three hours. Those were better than these! Can't say im dissapointed, always expect the worst.... maybe they just give the drive thru whatever they can dig up

My salad was lovely until I spotted an insect on the lettuce. I’m pissed because it was so yummy ☹️ now I feel disgusted.

This experience was horrible.

First there was no sign on the door saying that the dining room was closed so we had to go through the drive through.
They didn't tell us it was going to be about a 20 minute wait before we ordered.
So we ordered 3 signature sandwich meals.
The speaker was way too quiet so we had to turn our vehicle off to hear. They didn't ask if we wanted any sauce.
At the window we asked why the dining room was closed, and they said that the power had gone out so they were trying to get back up.
There wasn't great customer service. They didn't seem to have any sense of urgency. They didn't apologize to anyone, that we heard, for the wait.
6 cars from behind us got their order before us.. and we didn't receive our order until my mom walked back to ask if they forgot about us.
In total it took 27 minutes. Definitely not fast food.
And finally, the food wasn't good, chicken was burned and stringy, pattie was small, fries didn't have seasoning and the portion sizes were not good.

Would NOT recommend or go back.

I just ordered a boneless wings combo through the drive thru. Had to come back because they gave me 3 wings instead of 5. Hardly any fries. Brought it back, they gave me more wings but still not enough fries. I won’t be back to this location. Too many Indians and not enough chiefs.

This is my first and last time eating here since they moved from across the street and yes they brought the same trifling folks with them🤢🤢🤮🤮Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all cost. Went here for our first Zaxbys experience. Not great. Drive thru, ordered a chicken sandwich meal, 3 strips meal, and a 6 strip meal. Nothing crazy. Was asked to pull forward. They served 8+ vehicles before our order given to us. I struggled to understand this. Nothing about our order was special. When we got our order, our drinks were wrong. We also wanted more sauce. My wife went in to have the drink fixed and was greeted with a “What you want?” To which the entire staff responded with a “ooooooouuuuuuu” like giving attitude to your customers is a good thing. My wife noted that a lot of the staff was standing around doing nothing. Makes our food order being delayed that much harder to understand. Drink was fixed and we received the extra sauce, but my wife witnessed that the lady stick her finger nail through one of the sauces. We didn’t use that one. Gross. Overall a pretty bad experience.
