I ordered a chicken club sandwich. The sandwich cane with pickles and bacon on it. I asked for extra cheese. They put 1 slice of cheese on it. The chicken was hot, but it was an old piece of chicken that they dipped back into the grease. I called they didn't answer so I left a . This is second bad experience...

It’s nice and clean inside and out. It’s just the entryway closest to Pax Crossing is not the best entrance. It’s best to come down the street in between Zaxby’s and discount tire. Overall, it’s a nice location quiet not too busy unless you go through the drive-through and also it does help to download the app in advance to get quicker service.Parking: Parking spaces are limited, and if your parking closest to the street where the drive-through comes out, it will be difficult to get out and go home if others are waiting for their orders.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp is located near the front of the store, facing ax crossing.

I ordered 2 Cobb salads with 1 order of chicken fingers , food was cold grilled chicken for sald was cold not cooked properly & egg rolls were burnt to a crisp. This location has the worst cooks in the world, this was my 6th time returning my food. Never again I'm done.

Chicken was overcooked. Ordered the meal and wasn't served drinks. Order extra sauces, charged for them and was told they were in the bag, they weren't. Ordered cheese curds and didn't receive any sauce with that either. There were 20 cars in line for drive thru and doors were locked to dining area. Worst excuse for restaurant service.

The customer service at this location just continuously gets worse and worse and I’m so sick and TIRED of it.The business closed one location and built and opened another location right across the street and took the same type of lazy, trifling and unreliable hoodrats from the original location to the new location.Last night 12/20/23, I went to this location to get a simple order of (5) traditional wings (all drummies) meal, (5) extra traditional wings (all drummies), an unsweetened tea/lemonade and a large cup of ice - a very SIMPLE order that was made complicated by the hoodrat staff.Even after having to repeat my SIMPLE order 3-4 times at the speaker and wait for an extremely long wait period in the drive thru for about 20+ minutes, my order was STILL NOT READY when I got to the window ??‍♀️?.The Black male staff was standing there dressed more like a thug on the street as opposed to a food industry professional, wearing a dark hoodie and asking me (AGAIN) to repeat my order only to turn right around and tell me that THEY HADN’T EVEN STARTED COOKING MY ORDER YET ??? and instructed me to pull up and wait for about 10 MORE MINUTES ??.I asked to speak to a manager. He (the staff) walked away to huddle amongst the other hoodrat staff to have a discussion (I’m guessing) about me and the other staff kept turning to give me “a look” while they continued to talk.Moments later, the Black male staff returned to me with my order in his hands, but the order was wrong. They gave me some flats (in the extra wings order) and I told him that that’s not what I ordered and he told me that I would have to pull up and wait for the order to be cooked (AGAIN) ??.I asked to speak to the manager and he proceeded to return inside of the restaurant tabs moments later, the hoodrat manager came to approach me at me car outside in the drive thru.It gets worse…As I began to express my concerns to the hoodrat manager, she (like most untrained hoodrats) rudely interrupted me and began to talk loud and defensive - as if what I had to say didn’t even matter.I let her (the hoodrat manager) finish speaking and then when I began to express my concerns (AGAIN), the hoodrat manager interrupted me (AGAIN) and tried to defend the unprofessional and unacceptable performance level of herself and her staff.I asked the hoodrat manager if she could give me their corporate office phone number and she said “I just started, I don’t have it”. ?I then asked her for their regional manager’s phone number and she (AGAIN) replied, “I just started, I don’t have it”. ?She then gave me two options of either waiting for my order to be cooked (AGAIN) or get a refund. I chose the refund and she left and stayed a long while before returning to give me my refund.I began to tell her that it was so inconsiderate how I was being treated and how I didn’t appreciate it and she turned to walk away like she didn’t even care about however I felt about the situation and how I was inconvenienced. This is so pathetic how these untrained hoodrats are being allowed to continuously run this business in the ground while taking the customers for granted. And it’s happening at so many of the other Zaxby’s locations, which is indicative of the upper management possibly purposely hiring hoodrats.Where is the DIVERSITY????If the hoodrats were to be adequately trained, take their jobs more seriously and PERFORM at the same energy level as they stand around participating in PERSONAL chatter and moving at the same pace when they’re #outside then just maybe they could get those orders out to the customers more expeditiously.I’m sick and TIRED of the mess. I’m sick and TIRED of the disrespect. I’m sick and TIRED of the incompetent and unprofessional hoodrat employees. I’m sick and TIRED of the extremely long wait times in the drive thru. I’m sick and TIRED of the excuses. I’m sick and TIRED of being told to “pull up” and having to wait for my order EVEN LONGER. I’m sick and TIRED of having to repeatedly repeat my SIMPLE order. I’m TIRED.

Ordered 20 teriyaki wings for my daughter. Ordered online and when I picked them up only had to wait 3 minutes, I was early. The wings were great and my daughter was surprised at the flavor. The friend pickles are a great side.

My order was just two tacos just wanted to try them. They were nothing as advertised don't know why I am so surprised. There was no lettuce, very little anything else but a dry pick of chicken.

Went to new Zaxbys on Hacks Cross. They moved across the street. It has a pickup window where the workers can walk out from the delivery window. Its a sliding door with a gate. With the heathens in this city they are asking to be easily robbed.
