Really poor service. Got there yes... 10 to 15 minutes before closing time but a but of kids yapping about it's getting close to closing so we can't serve you. These kids now days.. Holy moly. Don't expect me to return. Other establishments have no problem but I hope yall can sort it out

I have been coming to this location for years and order the same thing each time I go. This time I received less fries than I normally receive when ordering a boneless wing meal. The crew member explained that we are to only get 5oz of fries and if I wanted more I would need to upscale it for a couple more cents. And I would now need to purchase a large fry. Which I can understand, I guess. But to my surprise, I was charged almost $3.00 (separately) and the box was not even all the way full. This is unacceptable.

The woman named tavetta was rude and tried to raise her voice when telling me where to park to wait on my food. I did report that to corporate that’s not okay I start to see what people are talking about when they say fast food places only hire rude workers. I didn’t make you work there if your miserable then leave but don’t raise your voice at no one.

I left the gym a lil later than usual and didn't have time to cook for my family. I ordered online before I left the gym about 9:30 because they said they were open til 10:00 online. The manager was nice enough to turn the fryers back on for a family pack.

Zaxbys had lots of chicken options price was fair let me eat inside unlike some that are drive thru only i had the chicken wings will go back to try some other things like the new tacos had cool stuff all over the walls about memphis and sports etc

Ate there the other day and got food poisoning. I believe it was from the loaded fries or cheddar bites. Will never go here again!

We were a party of five. There was a booth large enough for us, however, there was an employee sitting at this booth. Two managers talked to her about moving to a different booth, but she refused. We were looking forward to eating at Zaxbys but after this experience we won't be returning to this location.

Went to this location and ordered a Cobb salad and the wings and things for my mom and son. When I got home my mom went to take the salad out the bag and noticed something moving around in the tray! Low and behold it was a live fly moving around in the tray! When I called the manager acted like I was telling her a lie. Asking did I have my receipt, like yes I have the receipt and said I could bring it back if I had my receipt! Which I did the young lady put it in my bag. But I paid with my debit card so she could easily pull up the transaction. Had the cashier not put the receipt in my bag I’m guessing the manager was expecting me to keep this nasty bug infested salad! Will nerve go to this location again. Corporate train your managers better and have them prep the food better in a clean and sanitized environment.

I pulled up to the drive up window at 9:26p, the store closes at 10p. The lady at the drive thru window said they are only taking door dash orders. If you close at 9:26p please advertise that!
