I mean I’m really not the type to write reviews unless something really blew me and this is one situation because I’m pregnant and hungry and this just don’t make no sense. I got the zappetizer trio literally just now and one of my options were fries. I didn’t expect to get 5 fries lmao. They could’ve kept that and I paid 9.99 for this.

When you walk in nobody greets you instead they all just stare like you are bothering them. Cashier was nice but needed a little help that she didn’t get because the manager was too busy outside running in and out to an employees car. She asked him a question about a certain way I wanted my food. Instead of him acknowledging what I wanted he just answers her question about not being able to ring up a certain way not letting me know if they could actually make it a certain way. Once again because he was too busy trying to run back outside!! Atmosphere was off. Bread was barely warm.

Terrible. I ordered $72 worth of food for my family online. Arrived to pick up my food and they tell me that they gave my food away. I have a pretty uncommon name. I find it hard to believe that someone pulled up and gave them my name.

Perfect example of a restaurant where the staff doesn't care.
Every other zaxbys in the area, when providing a military/veteran discount, gives it on the entire ticket. Definitely if the meals are only on one ticket!
Then, the food was not very warm either.

I was there about 11:10am, and I received my order before I received my change, talk about service. The food was hot and the dining area was clean and peaceful.

Whoever is hiring and running this location is doing a fantastic job.. Always fresh, always fast, always friendly.. My son and I eat Zaxbys a couple times a week and the Cordova location is always on point. Thank you!

I ordered a 5 PC tender and only got a 3 piece but it was charged as a 5 piece.We know what Zaxbys taste like but start hiring people that can pay attention or not steal the food.

the food was great, finished my lunch, went back to work then looked down at my sweet tea and saw something black near the inside of the lid and almost threw up when i took the lid off. there's a FLY inside my drink. do y'all just leave the sweet tea out in the open or something, come on guys...

Although this particular location makes TONS of mistakes OFTEN,they are very KIND and willing to correct them with a smile. The food is usually hot and fresh, they will give you old, cold food every now and then. Just politely ask for a fresh order, or pop it into the microwave. The staff is WONDERFUL!
