Every time we've visited the customer service has been horrible. Slow service, half melted "custard", and completely melted shakes.

Staff are pleasant! Keep the staff. $4.00 cinnamon rolls were dry like the desert. Needs work there. A great source for COFFEE , when electricity is out.

I’ve heard people rant and rave about Nana’s for a while now. Went there and I didn’t see the hype.

We ordered a milkshake and coffee for $15.00. The girl that took our order was nice...but it took a while to get it, and we were the only ones there.

Not sure how this place stays in business - it’s in an old building that needs some serious TLC, the front door is towards the back so very uninviting (multiple people asked if they were open), the young lady that helped us didn’t know anything and gave us the incorrect custard flavor, we saw another young lady give the incorrect flavor to a drive-thru customer then proceed to put the custard back after it was given back to her — ewww!!! And the reason why we were there - the custard - was ‘ok’. Nothing to write home about. Won’t be going back.

I've been here once before (specifically Feb 2022 according to Google Timeline) and recall the custard flavors being proudly and visibly posted. It felt like what you would expect when going for a frozen treat. I don't live nearby and recently found myself in the area and stopped by for some custard.Upon walking up to the window, I only saw signage for Cuppa Joe items. Confused, I went inside to order. That only left me more confused, as to get to the counter from the door, I had to walk past an open doorway to the kitchen (which I don't care to see) and then a tiny seating area that looked like an afterthought. Again, there were only coffee menus on the counter and some signage about other types of food items. Another family was there seeming just as confused until an employee let us know that if we wanted custard, we could scan a QR code located near the ceiling. Maybe locals know the ins and outs, but I did not find the establishment to be welcoming or even tidy. It was not proudly displaying frozen custard; it was giving off identity crisis vibes. The place was crowded on a Friday night, but I confidently walked out. I'd much rather make the drive to Bruster's. To each their own.
