“Super friendly atmosphere, entertaining karaoke, surprisingly delicious food (James is an actual chef), and fun Friday night pool tournaments. James, Frida, and staff have turned this place into a fantastic neighborhood pub!”
“First time here and we will definitely come back! You can tell it is made with fresh ingredients from the heart. The perfect treat on the eve of back to school. Thank you!”
“Our server Paige was AWESOME! Very friendly, attentive, and professional/experienced! We enjoyed the food very much, and had a great end to end dinning experience. The hostess was also very friendly and professional! We love Wooden City and will definitely recommend it and return when we are back to the area!”
“This was my first visit. The menu isn't crazy large but there are plenty of good options. I got the shrimp and grits and was blown away. The shrimp was in a crazy good sauce and was over the creamiest grits ever. I'll definitely be back!”
“This restaurant has great food, wonderful coattails and friendly service. We have been so disappointed in many restaurants serving “cheap versions” of authentic food but the food here was original and well prepared. My trout was perfectly cooked, my husband’s chicken pharm sandwich was delicious and the cauliflower gratin was to die for! Definitely worth checking out.”
“My wife and i come here every so often. Every experience has been enjoyable. The beers are always crisp and fresh. We haven't had a bad experience and will continue to come back. Clint (the owner/brewer ) will help you find a beer you will enjoy.”
“Food & drinks were off the charts amazing! Glad to have tasty gluten-free options here in town. We started with the pimento cheese & GF toast, and split the RC burger & broken potatoes for our entree. The portion of potatoes was very generous, and could easily be split between 2-3 people. Staff was friendly & attentive, even on a busy Saturday night. We ate inside for our date night, but the outdoor seating is perfect for mild weather. Highly recommend making a reservation at least a couple days in advance. Will definitely be back!”
“Excellent experience and even better food. Walked in on a whim and was greeted by the owner. He and his staff took great care of me and my friend. Had the short rib and ordered the brussel sprouts…both were exceptional. Short rib was tender, flavor was balanced and plentiful, and the sides paired well with it. The bacon on the brussel sprouts was wonderful. Great experience and will definitely go back!Parking: Parking is located in the rear. Easy to miss the alley way to access it. Small lot but can get several cars in there.”
“We had an amazing experience. We had JJ as our server and he was excellent & provided phenomenal service. He guided us through the menu & gave us his personal recommendations that turned out to be delicious! 10/10 experience.”
“First time in at Puckett's Chattanooga, we had excellent service by Wyatt! Ask for his area if you choose to eat here. Food was delicious, you definitely need to try the bbq platter! We went on Friday night and they had live band, was a great place to eat and hang out!”
“Amazing! Where do I even begin! The atmosphere reminiscent of a steak house I loved called Starks in Northern California. You smell the smokey wood fire smell with none of the downside. Air is clear and fresh. Kitchen is visible from most the restaraunt. Server Robbie was truly a server. He gave great suggestions and was very attentive. On his suggestion I tried the whipped feta appetizer which came with fresh made pita. I love feta but this was a whole new level with honey in the center. My husband ordered buttermilk fried chicken. It was tender and juicy on inside and nice crispy on the outside. Entrees are A la carte. I ordered the charred gem lettuce and wood oven roasted fingerling sweet potatoes. Hubbie shared all my sides and tried some of his chicken. Perfect meal! Then we ordered dessert. Because really that's why we came. My coworker raved about their tres leches cake. And it was topped with fresh whipped cream not from a can.hand whipped. Yummy. We will be back. So satisfied. Definitely fine dining but not snobby and dress as you like.”
“Casual and family friendly atmosphere. Lots of seating options. Walk up to order and sit where you like. All of the food was delicious! That chess pie though.....holy moly!! Worth every single calorie!!!”
“On March 23, I was in Chattanooga for a business trip from Chicago. I used Google and TikTok to help me find a vegan restaurant. I decided to try Cashew. Let me start off by saying I was highly impressed by the aesthetics of the restaurant. It was pretty, clean and hip. I ordered the jackfruit nacho over the phone and it was ready upon my arrival. I met the owner of the restaurant and she was super nice. I was highly impressed by the jackfruit nacho. It was super delicious even my non-vegan co-workers said it looked good. The next day I came back to Cashew for the Bierria tacos and they were also delicious . I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are visiting Chattanooga, the food does not disappoint, the atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly. I am grateful to find a good vegan restaurant when I’m traveling.”
“I went there few times and I really appreciated work and they helped me with menu and also I really like the ice cream. Taz, irfan and arti treat us every well and they gave us knowledge about there ice cream”
“I had high expectations and they were meet. The burger was seasoned well, the tater tots were hot and crispy. The service was friendly. Definitely a place to check out if you’re into good burgers.”
“I went to Georgi's Pizzeria with friends from my school and it was amazing! Customer Service was incredible, the waitresses talked to us and were extremely friendly. Food was amazing too and the daughter of a waitress even drew a picture for each one of us. Would def recommend! Thank you for the experience ?”
“Wenona is the best waitress there, always gives us her attention and immediately helps us. Becca is the best bartender there. Never had an empty glass. They both earned their tip.Parking: Sundays free street parking. Weekdays after 6, free street parking. All other parking is paid.”
“Was so impressed with the hospitality , the service, and the quality of the food! The owner and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! We had the dumplings, pho, and dragon fruit tea. We will be spending a lot of time there! My new favorite place!!”
“The cookies are great, but the last two times I went in to pickup online orders I was ignored. To the point that they helped other people who walked in after me who were placing orders when they got there.”
“Really unique food! The Taco Ticos were really great and the cabbage mix on top was such a refreshing touch. I was really impressed. My husband got tamales and those were also really good! I don't like tamales but these were the best I've had. The plantain leaf wrap really added something unique and they were very moist. It was a little bright for a Friday night. I think the atmosphere has room for improvement but the food was so so good. Likely our new go to spot I want to try the whole menu.”
“My husband had a service dog (with best and signage), and we were greeted with sorry, no dogs. We educated the hostess and gave her an opportunity to check with her manager. Aside from that negative encounter, the service was amazing, and the good was simply put as creative, great taste and presentation. The atmosphere was great indoor and out. Must go!”
“My first time here. I was passing thru on my way to Ohio. I loved it! I had the Salmon and it was delicious! My waiter, Jonathan M. was so kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this restaurant and will stop on my way back to Florida next week!”
“I get the chicken salad croissant with Mediterranean salad every time and is usually the best part of my week. Extremely friendly, calm and welcoming place to read for a bit or even just a quick bite in the work day.”
“The store was a great experience! It was well organized and easy to find what you’re looking for. The employees were really nice as well. I recommend if you’re in the area to stop in and take a look.”
“I am so obsessed with this restaurant. There’s nothing not to like. The food is delicious, the servers and staff are great, live music is groovy as hell, the drinks are to die for, the owner is a cool lady, the atmosphere is such a vibe.Even the bartender who made us espresso martinis for the first time was killer. They were not on the menu but she was gracious enough to give it a shot. And I must say it was the best espresso martini I have ever had. You guys should consider putting those on your menu! I ordered others around town and nothing compares to that one.I have been eating here since I moved here in 2020 and I must say this has been one of the more consistent restaurants all the way around I have been to. All the food has been delicious.I would give this place 100 stars if I could. Please never change. You guys are great and I wish you nothing but endless success.”
“This is a great place for healthy food. The decor is modern and chill. If you want indulgent meals, then this probably isn't the place, but I applaud their plant-based health-conscious approach.”
“I'm not a vegan, but my wife is a vegetarian and we always look for vegan places when we explore nearby cities. SO GOOD! My reuben was delicious. The mashed potatoes were Thanksgiving-level awesome. Can't wait to come back.”
“Love this little gem!! Don't let the location fool you. Amazing service, great food, great prices, big portions, and a clean atmosphere. Will definitely be back.”
“Quando vuoi una pizza come si fa a casa! Pomarola buonissima. Ingredienti freschi...Poi l'aggiunta di basilico la rende perfetta!! I'd defiantly go back. A taste of home... oh and the mozzarella sticks? DIVINE! Best I've ever had.. made fresh with excellent breading and a nice size. The cesar salad was so good and the perfect size. This place is definitely on my favorites list.”
“Really good biscuits and gravy!Parking: GravelWheelchair accessibility: As far as getting through the door, you'll be fine. Getting to the door will put you traversing a gravel parking lot. If you make it, once inside, the tables are very close and will need to be moved to accommodate. I can't see anyone there hesitating to help (staff or customers).”
