We ordered their special: 2 Medium 1 topping pizzas, garlic bites, Cinnamon twists and a 2 litter drink. Added a small Buffalo chicken pizza and second drink. Got there, and they only made 1 of the 2 one topping pizzas. When we asked where the other one was, they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. IT WAS THEIR SPECIAL! Pizza was good but employee told us they could not replace the messed up parm bites for another food item (they offered a 2L instead). Which we said no since we didnt need another 2L. We were understanding that they ran out of the butter oil. Manager got onto the phone and said they tried calling which we never received to let us know about our order. I've always had great results from this store. The food is fresh and hot. When I choose pick up, they are nice and friendly. When it's delivered, I get the notifications to know when it's coming. It may take longer at times, but this is to be expected as it seems difficult to keep drivers. Thank you!
