Offers the absolute worst service in Milan. At least 5 employees standing around, chatting with friends, smoking in the parking lot. NOT ONE other guest at the store and I was told it would be at least another 10 minutes before anyone would take an order (at 3pm on a Saturday) No systems weren't down, they were not short staffed, they just did not want to have to work while their friends were hanging out with them. Really bad service
We ordered a cheeseburger with medium fries and a chocolate frosty
And extra large fries
After I Waiting for 28 minutes on our order it was wrong too
Girls don’t even know what to do
I asked them why the service is so slower and one of the girl said she was so supposed left by 10:00 pm . The manager Richard corrected the order but did not even acknowledge the issue of any kind

Even though we had to wait for our food for as long as we did, there is a girl that looks like Wendy and she provided excellent, professional and fun. Made the wait worth it and ensure the food was fresh and it was! Way to go Wendy's! Made sure to ask my kid what was their favorite color and gave the toy to match his color.
