If I could give this establishment zero stars, then I would. I’ve never met more inept staff in my entire life. I’ve had nothing but issues shopping at this store each and every time I have been here. The store is literally falling apart, the staff are rude, and unknowledgeable, and have a complete lack or care regarding their job, the selection sucks, and the whole place truly just needs to be torn down. That is all. If you’re smart, do not shop here and select another location.

If I could give negative star I would. Very poor customer service. Tried to exchange a $4 pack of bacon bits that I purchased two days earlier at another store that expired 30 days ago. Store manager “Collin” stated he would not exchange it and I would have to drive 30 minutes to the other store. Spoke with other store manager and this is a made up policy. Just a lie and poor customer service.

Millington tn Kroger has Very poor customer service. Tried to return/exchange a $4 pack of bacon bits that was purchased two days ago and it was 30 days past expiration. Store manager told me I had to take it back to store I purchased 30 minutes away. Spoke with other manager and this is NOT company policy. Just poor customer service. Not the first time I’ve had problems at this location either.

The cashiers are always nice but I keep on bringing my food home to find out it's expired. Some of the time, there's a markdown sticker I didn't notice. Other times, there's no markdown sticker. Old food shouldn't be sold at ALL. I've gotten old, expired baby food there that made my kid sick before! I just bought some toasted raviolis less than a week ago that said "sell by March of 2022"!! Two years ago!!

Last night the lady with the long gray hair in self check out is a racist she is very rude, disrespectful, angry, she did not represent Kroger well at all she attacked me I was at the check out no cashiers available so I had to go to check out the entire time she was staring and very impatient with my family scanning the groceries Kroger please check the last 45mins of your entire security detail on last night not one time did I have any suspicious behavior the store was empty while scanning the groceries I saw how she was standing on the side of us then behind me and I move out the way so she could see the screen because my son wanted to to scan and my family I was at that time attempting to get on and out the store once she was back behind me I stepped back so she could see everything and alerted 3 children she is watching us let me stand out the way and you all hurry up because I am ready to go I am talking to my children the lady began to say all kinds of things then my daughter had some bananas that needed weighing so they can scan she did very rudely enter in her number then went straight into talking to me say you need to work for a living you making it hard for me at work saying I should teach my children how to behave in public and I turned around and let her know how hard it is to handle a toddler while shopping and have to deal with her moving all around me the cameras shows everything me actually counting how many spice packets I had and everything but that didn't matter only my color she went on to say disrespectful things out of mouth and yes I responded once we finished the scanning I got some bags and she tried to jump and snatched some bags from me and said why did you get some bags to steal more I didn't respond like I wanted to because yes my children was with me and my feelings was so hurt because this is my neighborhood store like I been in this community since the 3rd grade and I don't steal but I am ready to respond now by posting this review and I will be calling the store manager and corporate just check the security cameras she really did too much and I feel for her because it's some people out here that do not have anything to loose and that encounter could have went another way ?

Kroger Millington grocery... (pharmacy excepted), your management and oversight are deplorable. Poor food quality, low stock, and the employees... I had to listen to a tirade from one to another filled with language clearly not customer friendly. It went on and on while others and I shopped in clear view. Such a shame, but this is why everyone is glad to see an Aldi's in town. Walmart has figured it out as well, so why are you content to continue to demonstrate and tolerate such low standards? If all of your employees had the grace and professional experience of the pharmacy staff, you might stand a chance of keeping business. As it is... Better step up your game because competition is here.
