First came here in 1981, when they were in a tiny place by the RR tracks. As far as "real, authentic" Mexican food, I've never had it, so I can't compare the food here to that. All I know is that we like the food here and they have good prices. We personally love the cheese they use. (for cheese dip and mucho nachos) It's smooth and creamy, like Velveeta- it's NOT like the "cheese in a can" from Sam's club!! Always a win at El Toro Taco!! Great food. Cashier seemed pretty disconnected then I overheard an employee complaining about her schedule. I do not nedd nor do I want to hear that stuff.
