Been crap the last yr or so.... just waited 45 mins in drive thru and the way it's designed you can't leave but I ordered on the app so it was already paid for.... food was decent
The short black lady was amazing I think she was the manager but everyone else was rude ass hell especially the dude who makes the Mexican pizzas and crunch wraps.
When you order any box and they are out of boxes instead of putting each order in an individual bag. They throw it all in one bag and you have to try and figure it out once you get home. Please owner of Taco Bell, have a little training with your employees to tell them that people buy the lux boxes and when you get there, you expect that particular order to be in a container so that you're not trying to put together a jigsaw puzzle once you get home.
