I think it's pretty rude to not say anything to the customer at all. Especially if the customer says something to you. Seem irritated that you're even there. I guess they couldn't be bothered to cut my quesadilla too.
The short black lady was amazing I think she was the manager but everyone else was rude ass hell especially the dude who makes the Mexican pizzas and crunch wraps.
Probably the worst Taco Bell I've been to in some time. I waited over 10 minutes from ordering to pick up. Keep in mind that was with one car in front of me who ordered 3 items and my order of three items.
Then there's the food. The nacho fries had no seasoning. I don't mean light seasoning, I mean nothing. My cheesy gordita crunch had a crunchy shell that looked like it was stepped on, had completely unmelted cheese, no spicy ranch, and was cold.
