If they end up being packed to the point you cant get into the parking lot and you have an online order and would rather cancel rather than sit on the highway blocking traffic and run the risk of getting a ticket dont expect to get your money back from them on a $42 that they didnt even have time to fulfill they offered us half back in store credit Starbucks will have my business from now on

Love that its owned by a veteran but most importantly everyone working there is always friendly and if a mistake is made they immediately fix it without an attitude. Mistakes happen we are only human. They know how to make your drinks the way you ask even the extras. Taste so good. Definitely love going to this one

Unfortunately i didn’t want to give them 1star I enjoy the drinks but making a simple order with whip cream seems to be to difficult when i order my drink I always say no whip because i hate it but every time i pull up it has whip cream on it so they dig it out and its seems to be funny well its not funny to me because im the person paying I always ask for my Receipt and on the Receipt it always say no whip cream so idk whats the problem never and apologize for the mistake always just laughs I’ve spent to much money to continue getting poor service today was my last day I’m done being the joke of the morning

This is the best Scooter's around! The employees are so kind and actually smile and conversate with you. They don't act like they don't want to be there like other places. My kid and I love stopping here. They have a great selection for the kids and so many syrup and cold foam flavors to choose from! My favorite is the green matcha with the protein cold foam!

For the love of all that’s good. Please stop putting the workers so far from the menu. I don’t want the menu read to me because I forgot what they said moments after they said it. I just want to look at the menu and decide what I want for myself. It’s beyond frustrating and I’ve ordered less than what I would have if I could have seen the actual menu.

My son and I tried the oatmeal cream pie latte today. It was delicious! The service was great! Its so nice to go somewhere and actually be greeted with a warm friendly tone and people that display wonderful customer service. They met the mark on quality and service for sure. Will definitely be returning soon for more!

Weird experience. Girl standing at drive through like Chick-fil-A does and asks me what I wanted to order. This being my second visit in over a year I had no idea what they had. We were too far away to read the big menu so I told her I didn't know what they had so she hands me a menu that was very limited on info and when I said something about that she hands me one that repeats what the first had but even less information. I got a breakfast burrito and it was 9.50 for two. They were half the size of a normal burrito. Maybe the size of the palm of my hand. Was not what I expected for the price. They were good though.

The staff in the evening is rude. They have a petty tone and sound sad over the intercom. It’s not everyone in the evening but a good majority. Stark difference compared to the morning staff who are nicer.
