Sonic is the best drink spot around. Don't get me wrong, the food is good too, but the drinks are pretty great! Plus the staff is always great!

They don’t give you what you ask for. Food don’t be made how you ask, the tots be hard and if you ask for easy ice they still fill it up to the rim of the cup😕 don’t recommend

Got a crispy chicken sandwich and this thing was flat chicken and over cooked.. so ice usually really good but this was a waste of money i have a pic but dont see where I can load it on it

I came to get my kid and I an ocean water. I have been here for 11 minutes. There are only 2 other cars here and I’m watching everyone sit around instead of easily getting two drinks out the door. I don’t mind waiting but this is absurd.
I placed my order for a chicken sandwich combo asked for it plain and requested BBQ sauce. It did NOT come with my order. I asked the car hopper about it. She ignored me. I pushed the red button for Mrs B to help me, and she explained it was $.25 per packet for extra condiments. NOWHERE on the menu does it say that. She disconnected the call order. Carhoper returned to my car with ketchup. Told me it would be $.25 per packet, asking me for the money. I told her no - and asked where it was on the menu, she couldn’t show me. I pushed the red button again and told them I would contact corporate and there was no concern. So I submitted a survey about poor service. Also there was an employee sitting on the ground of a car stall smoking a cigarette, and not in designated place! Where is the Management? Where is the customer service? The customer service signs the employee checks. So if the customer is not being treated fairly they will go elsewhere! Next time!

Not good!! First the lady who took my order was very sharp with me. Second the cheeseburger bread was cold; the meat didn’t look right. The onion rings were cooked to order so that was the only positive thing.
I was so looking forward to having what I thought would be another positive experience with Sonic! I’ve frequent them my entire life- not this one. I don’t live in Tenn so I won’t be back!!

Went today and they said they don’t do pup cups while other locations do. What is up with this? I got on Sonic’s website and they said they still offer them. You mean it takes that much effort to just put ice cream in a cup and call it a pup cup??
