So my boyfriend went up there not long ago and got food for the both of us. I got a burger with cheddar jalapeño bites and he got mozzarella sticks with jalapeño bites as well.I found a string of hair in my burger. I don’t think having hair in food is a good recommendation. Please check your food before eating it.
I visited the Sonic (Millington) the day before the first of the new year. I ordered a number 1, turned my fries into chili cheese fries. When I say it tasted like they emptied the whole container of salt on the fries, then added chili and cheese. I was OK because everyone makes mistakes. It’s just a matter of, going back and getting it corrected. I told them my issue and I was like now because I had to travel back. My burger is going to be cold and my fries are going to be hot. Can you just remake the whole order? I was told no the only thing they were willing to replace is the chili cheese fries. I said, “OK, I just want my refund”. It became a whole thing. If you know, you made a mistake, why not be willing to correct that mistake? I’m pretty sure if they were in my shoes they would not want a cold burger and hot fries. So, why not treat me like they want to be treated?

Waited 10 minutes for a route 44 strawberry unsweetened tea. I was the 3rd car there and nobody got anything. I left without tea. I believe it's a common occurrence at this location
Had lunch there yesterday. One burger, tots, a corn dog and a drink was $22 with tip. I won't be eating there again. They have jacked up their prices.
