I used to like Tops it was ok BBQ. Not anymore. I don’t know what happened but they need to teach them cooks how to cook pork shoulders. What I got today in Millington was dry, grisly, overcooked pulled pork that was hard to chew. That is unacceptable for $34. Get it together Tops Millington!
Millington location was absolutely filthy tonight. There are dead flies all over the dining area. I hate to leave negative reviews, but when I brought it to the attention of your staff this evening, they looked at us liked we were crazy and simply said “ok.” The same young man at the counter was also very rude and disrespectful to the elderly man in front of us when he simply asked if you offer a senior discount.
You guys have to do better. Our family will not be back.
Four visits this month: 1st two a week a part, the sandwiches had too much gristle. Any is too much. 3rd visit yesterday. Phoned in two hours before pick-up, still waited 20 min. Then they left off the coleslaw and failed to put sauce packets in the bag. Today: didn't complain about any of the previous but I ordered a lb of pulled meat today, bought a bottle of sauce and a pint of coleslaw so I could make our own correctly.
