I ordered the Star Double and my wife ordered the Frisco Burger the meat on both sandwiches as dry and not warm enough to melt the cheese I just wanted to leave My wife had them put the burger in the microwave. The fries were fine Drinks were good I don’t know how long the meat was shelved before we ordered but what was presented I hope isn’t your standard

Used to be best place on mountain for breakfast. Garbage now. Store is dirty. Workers are unprofessional and unkempt. Girl at window pants are a size to small and shirt is two sizes to big. Not tucked in. Used to be best biscuits on mountain. Now you get very little egg if any on your biscuits and they get upset if you say anything about it. What you do get is often dried out or leftover from the previous day. So outside of their gravy they have nothing to offer anymore. The pilot on the other side of town has far better food. The store is clean. The workers are clean and well dressed. I won't be back to hardees. My uncle worked on the first ever crew hired when it opened but they have fallen to far. Piss poor management and no competition has caused them to fall off.

I haven't stopped at this Hardee's and probably 5 or 6 years after 5 or 6 years their service is just the same I asked for two sausage biscuits with grape jelly The lady didn't understand me had to repeat myself so I told him twice what I wanted still got it wrong

The entire place was filthy, fingerprints and crumbs on every table..these were the cleanest ones in the restaurant and you stick to the floor. Food was subpar and found a hair in not one but two orders. I got so sick from the food it almost ruined our vacation.
