Finally got to stop in and try their lunch buffet. I had the chicken bacon ranch bowl. It was so good. Tasty full of flavor and very filling. I highly recommend you stop by the next time you're in Monteagle give them a try. You won't be disappointed.Dining room is on the very small side, so if you come you may have to take it with you but it is well worth eating there or taking it home.

Entering this healthy joint, one immediately feels welcome. I love the list of flavors that satisfy every craving. We got the seasonals "Fireside Chat" and "Peach Cobbler." It is absolutely refreshing and delicious! Taste exactly like the real deal. Not chalky at all, which is a bonus. As the saying goes, "Health is wealth," Do take care of yourself, and go to them. You won't go wrong!
